🚙 ATV/UTV Policy: Unlicensed vehicles cannot be driven on county roads—please trailer them to nearby trails.
❌🐕No Pets: If pets are found onsite, you may be subject to a deep cleaning fee.
🚭No Smoking: If smoking is found to have occurred inside the home, you may be subject to a deep cleaning fee. Outdoor smoking is allowed only when local fire regulations permit.
⏲️Guests that fail to vacate the property at the designated checkout time will be subject to additional fees.
📸 Security cameras: Located outdoors and in the garage only—never inside, and none facing the hot tub.
🆔 Reservation Requirements:
✔️ Photo ID required for all reservations.
✔️ Minimum rental age: 25.
✔️ Max Occupancy: Sleeps 14, but best suited for 10 adults max due to loft bed heights.
