PET- FRIENDLY POLICY:

There is a $100 pet fee. We can accommodate up 2 pets.

We have an open back yard that is fully fenced in for your pets to roam. We ask that help us to keep it clean by cleaning up after your pets. Any waste found in the yard is subject to an additional cleaning fee.

POOL:

Please note that since we do not have an enclosed pool and spa area, the pool may have some debris and leaves in between weekly cleanings. We will provide a skimmer on site should you choose to remove the debris in between cleanings.

We are located in the highly desired Arlington Park neighborhood known for its charming and peaceful location. It has a welcoming and family-friendly environment. The area offers a mix of residential homes, many of which are older but well-maintained, with new modern construction giving the neighborhood a cozy, modern yet established feel.

The park itself is one of the standout features, with spacious green areas, walking paths, playgrounds, an outdoor adult fitness center and sports facilities like tennis courts makes it popular spot for outdoor activities.

It community pool, which is great for families looking to relax or get some exercise. It's a quiet area, yet it's conveniently located near downtown Sarasota, which means residents can easily access shops, restaurants, cultural attractions, and beautiful Gulf Coast beaches.

The neighborhood's appeal lies in its relaxed vibe, as well as its mix of suburban tranquility with proximity to the amenities of a vibrant city. It’s an area that feels like a hidden gem, offering a balance of nature, convenience, and community.

Our property is conveniently located less than 2 miles from Downtown Main Street, offering easy access to some of our favorite spots:

Other Things to Note:
Additional fees:

-If we are able to accommodate an early check in, you must request 24 hours in advance. Early check in before 2:30 pm is a $50 fee.
-If we are able to accommodate a late check out, please request at least 24 hours in advance. The late check out fee is $50. Otherwise, our check out time is strict to ensure our cleaners proper length of time to turnover the unit.
-If there are any damages found during the stay, you will be billed for the cost to replace the items.
-We strictly prohibit smoking of any kind. If smoking is found in the house, it is a $250 fee.
-Failure to follow directions for the trash and put them on the curb on the designated trash days will result in a $150 fee.

Garbage Collection:

Bins are located on the right side of the house.
Pickup Day: Recycling & Trash FRIDAYS

Containers/items may be placed at the curb starting at 5 p.m. the day before collection and must be curbside by 6 a.m. on collection day.

Empty containers should be brought in by 10 a.m. the day after collection.
