- Available at Roof Top setup area to explore Moon, Star, Houston City closer and have photo on mobile too.

- For any query or assistance, feel free to TEXT me message on app messenger to my registered mobile. In Night hours (10PM-6AM) may be bit late response.

- For any EMERGENCY, feel free to CALL ME to my registered mobile.

MOST IMPORTANT RULES:
- Pet fee $150 per pet per stay. One pet maximum.
- DO NOT CLIMB ROOF RIDGE, EVEN KIDS. Because kids may climb ridge from coach. Your safety is our top priority for us.
- NO Student / Disruptive Parties.
- In the event of undisclosed pet(s) and/or additional guests and/or violations.. without prior notice and approval, reservations will be immediately terminated without refund.
- No smoking allowed on the property.
- No illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property.
- No noise in Quiet hours. i.e. 10PM to 7AM.
- We have 4 exterior security cameras in the Garage door, Side porch and both rooftop sides. They will be on during guest stay and will be used for guest security and/or to monitor that our policies are adhered to.

BUGS Disclaimer:
Please understand, we have a big backyard and are in close proximity to open fields. You might see or encounter while in our home or neighborhood, including, but limited to: birds, bees, mosquitos, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, rally polies to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We DO spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control Mother Nature, and therefore, we DO NOT refund if encounter her business during your stay.
