★ Bedroom 1 w/en-suite Bath: Relax in the lavish primary bedroom that boasts a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. This very spacious room has a pull out sofa bed, dedicated workstation featuring a beautiful mid-century modern desk, as well as enough space for two twin-sized floor mattress (provided, inside closet) and/or a Pack 'n Play (not provided). The room is equipped with a 55” smart TV.

★ Bedroom 2 (Bunk Beds and Games): Enjoy this lively room featuring fun and educational Sailboat Wallpaper, a 65” smart TV equipped with Nintendo Switch (Mario Kart 8 and Overcooked! games provided with 4 controllers for maximum fun), and numerous family-friendly boardgames (Taboo, Cranium, Pictionary, and more). This room consists of two Twin Bunk Beds, and enough space to put down two floor mattresses (provided, stored inside the primary bedroom closet), perfect for adults and kids alike.

★ Bedroom 3 (Wheel Chair Friendly): Relax in this king-sized bedroom that is directly across from the Bathroom, where both the Bedroom and the Bathroom are wheel-chair friendly and features 36” door clearance. A 55” smart TV is in this room for your entertainment needs.

★ Bedroom 4: Unwind in this stunning bedroom with a beautiful dark green accent wall. This room has two queen-sized bed and a 55" smart TV.

★ Bedroom 5 w/en-suite Bath: Retreat away from the rest of the living areas with this primary bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom. This room boasts luxury king-sized bed and is equipped with a 55” smart TV.

★ Kitchen: Indulge in the roomy kitchen that boasts a distinctive royal dark blue cabinets, stylish pendant lights, and comfortable bar stools. The kitchen area seamlessly connects to the dining and living area with easy access to the backyard and outdoor grill.
The kitchen features gas stovetops and comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook and clean, including pots, pans, silverware, dishware, baking sheets, cooking utensils, a microwave, oven, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and a well-stocked coffee and tea corner.

The large dining table that seats 10 is perfect for gathering together, with additional chairs available to seat 12, and additional seating available in the kitchen, living, and in the backyard.

★ Living Room: Welcome to the open-concept living room that features a 70” wall-mounted TV and a luxury, spacious sectional couch ideal for a cozy and comfortable stay.

★ Backyard: Step out onto the inviting backyard accessible through the French doors in the living/dining room. The backyard features a gorgeous glass top dining table with extra seating, a pool with lounging chairs and Adirondack chairs, and a grill for that outdoor barbecue.

For indoor entertainment, take advantage of the extensive collection of board games as well as the Nintendo Switch, and for outdoor fun, we provide bbq grill and plenty of outdoor seating.

Parking: please do not block our neighbors' driveways

**Guest must sign rental agreement within 24 hours of booking.
**Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm-7am, strictly enforced.
**To abide by the travel platform's no party and no event rule, smart noise and smoke detectors are on-site (they are camera-free and do not record conversations nor store any personal data, protecting guests’ privacy). If you think your group can be respectful of our house rules, we would absolutely love to host you!
**Please note bugs exist in nature. The property is under the care of a professional pest control company. We cannot offer refunds unless there is a true infestation as determined by a licensed professional.
