Tucked away off the beaten path and hosted by Of Sea and Pine, Maine Vacation Rentals, Serene Tide is a private waterfront home overlooking Sagadahoc Bay. The open-concept main living area features a chef’s kitchen, dining space, and a comfortable living room—ideal for gathering with family to cook, share meals, and unwind. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Off the main living area, a spacious deck offers views of the lawn and the bay beyond. A blend of elegance and convenience, this home is part of a private association with access to two small beaches—one perfect for kayaking, the other ideal for swimming and lounging.

Please note the following:
- this property features open stairwells that cannot accommodate baby gates, a brick wood stove, and close proximity to the water. For these reasons, families with young children may find the home presents additional safety considerations and should carefully assess whether it is appropriate for their group.
-This is a remote location; nearest town is 30 minutes away. A vehicle is needed to access the home and surrounding areas; Uber does not operate in the area.
-There is no water access directly in front of the home
-There is no air conditioning at this property, only fans.
-This property has 2 cameras facing the front door and back door. They are primarily used for security during the winter months but may be turned on for check-in.
-To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbors, only the guests included on the reservation may be on the property. Additional visitors, including day guests, are not permitted.
-Dogs are not allowed under any circumstances.

Georgetown offers a few charming local spots worth visiting. The Georgetown Country Store is a favorite stop where you can grab a bite to eat and shop for essentials. Nearby, you’ll find the post office, town office, historical society (which offers local information), the town library, the fire station, and the well-known Georgetown Pottery Store, known for its beautiful handcrafted ceramics.

Another local gem is the Five Islands Farm Store, which carries a delightful selection of fresh produce, baked goods, groceries, gifts, and seasonal plants—perfect for stocking up or finding a unique souvenir.

Just 20 minutes from the home, Reid State Park is a breathtaking beach known for its natural beauty and dramatic shoreline. After a day in the sun, head to the wharf at Five Islands to enjoy dinner while watching local lobstermen haul in their daily catch.
