Make Good Choices is a family-friendly location in beautiful Waupaca County, Wisconsin. This log cabin is on peaceful Stratton Lake, which has excellent fishing and is a full recreation lake. The home provides multiple options to gather or seek quiet time. The screened porch is perfect for a game night or a morning cup of coffee as the lake wakes up. This property has dedicated lake-front water access,private dock, 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, and a paddleboat. Make a great vacation your next good choice!
The space
Our cottage is a beautiful log home that spans three floors. The main floor boasts a king-sized bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living area. It also has an attached screened porch on the lakeside and an additional sun porch to the west. The loft area is a welcoming large living space that is perfect for family games or television viewing. It can also serve as an additional bedroom with the queen air mattress provided. The lower level has another living area with tv, king-sized bedroom with an attached bath, and an additional sleeping area with two bunk beds and a single futon. All sleeping areas on the lower level have stunning views of the lake. The cottage is equipped with wi-fi throughout the home.

Stratton Lake is a gorgeous full recreational lake located in Waupaca County. The public landing is situated off W Stratton Road as you enter from Highway 22. If you plan to bring your boat or pontoon, there is a large dock where you can tie up your watercraft. There is also a flat area near the water where you can store kayaks or other water toys on our property. We have about 100 feet of shoreline for your enjoyment. It is important to note that wake hours are posted and MUST BE FOLLOWED.

Monday & Friday: 10:00 to 4:00
Tuesday through Thursday: 10:00 to 7:00
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 to 2:30
All Holidays: 10:00 to 2:30
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive use of the log home, front and back yards, and dock throughout their stay. The garage is reserved for owner storage and is unavailable to guests now.
