The home features three private bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a separate bunk room, making it ideal for multi-family stays or group getaways. Two distinct living areas- one on the main level and one in the walk-out lower level provide flexible spaces for gathering, entertaining, or unwinding.
The main living room is a standout feature of Aspen Haus, with large windows that showcase beautiful lake and treetop views and fill the space with natural light. The kitchen overlooks the living room, allowing guests to cook and gather while still enjoying the scenic views through the expansive windows.
The dining area is part of this same space and comfortably seats up to 10 guests, making it perfect for shared meals, game nights and celebrations. Whether you're enjoying a casual breakfast or full dinner together, everyone can stay connected while taking in the views.
Just off the main living area, the upper patio opens to additional outdoor seating and a grill, creating an easy extension of the indoor space. It's the perfect spot for grilling, outdoor dining, morning coffee, or enjoying sunset views while surrounded by nature.
The lower-level living area is designed for fun and relaxation and opens directly to the outdoors. This space features a ping pong table and a classic, old-school Pac-Man arcade game, making it a favorite hangout for kids and adults alike. Step right outside the walk-out basement to enjoy the private 6 person hot tub, warming up after a day on the lake or ski hill, or unwinding after a full day of adventure.
Round Lake is known for its clear water and peaceful atmosphere. The property offers direct lake access and a private beach area, ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing and long summer days by the water. During the winter months, the lake becomes a serene backdrop for ice fishing, snowshoeing and cozy nights indoors. ***NOTE***You have to be able to walk up and down two flights of stairs to access lake.
Walking trails are conveniently located just across the street, making it easy to enjoy morning walks, nature hikes, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing- all without ever needing to drive.
