Your stay occurred shortly after a series of severe spring storms that impacted the outdoor areas. Although custom tarps had been installed to protect the patio space, weather conditions temporarily affected portions of the seating area and lawn. The grass was serviced during your stay, and the grounds have since fully recovered and are looking beautiful. Regarding the bathroom, I informed you that a pipe replacement was needed and offered to have the repair completed during your stay. However, I also respected your preference not to be disturbed by the plumber while work was being performed. The repair has since been completed, and guests are now enjoying full use of that bathroom. The home is treated year-round through a professional pest control program, with additional treatments during the spring season. Maintaining a clean, comfortable property is always a priority. I take great pride in communicating with guests and addressing concerns promptly.
