Relax at this peaceful and cozy home located in a clean, peaceful neighborhood of Marland Heights. This beautiful home features two first floor bedrooms, full bath, and laundry which allows for one level living. The second floor features a spacious bunkhouse with a 55” TV. It has a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Take a step out on the back patio that features a gorgeous gazebo. It is ideally located 10 min. from Franciscan University and 30 min. from Pittsburgh Airport.

Comfortable, completely accommodating, nice neighborhood, clean, cute, great space upstairs!

The hosts are wonderful. Everything is labeled nicely in the house. The space is really nice and we had everything we needed. If we visit here again we will definitely try to rent this house again. My grandson didnt want to leave. Thank you!

The house is VERY clean, well organized and well stocked with house essentials. Kid friendly, as described. They even have a step stool in the bathroom for kids!! So thoughtful! Located on a nice residential street with friendly neighbors.

Very clean. Everything you need. We spent Christmas there for 4 nights and had an amazing time. The owner is very cooperative and easy to reach. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed.

Amazing home!!

My husband and I purchased a house in Steubenville and needed a place to stay until closing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property was cozy, clean, and organized. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and nestled up on a hill. The blankets, towels, and toys were perfect for our family! My toddler had a BLAST upstairs with the toys… he was quite literally obsessed. The coffee nook and kitchen were perfect! I appreciated her diary-free creamers, too, because my infant has a dairy allergy and I am nursing her. Honestly, I recommend this place to anyone.. I’d stay there again!
