Located in one of the most desirable areas of the Newport Peninsula, this 8BR oceanfront offering sits between the Newport and Balboa Piers, right on the boardwalk, with endless activities and attractions just steps away. Experience the ultimate beachfront getaway with three neighboring oceanfront homes, a two-bedroom and three-bedroom upstairs, paired with a three-bedroom ground-floor residence, perfectly suited for larger families and groups. Whether you're seeking a relaxing beach retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, this prime location offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay. Here's what you'll find:
LIVING, DINING, & KITCHEN AREAS:
Each home is beautifully furnished and features a sofa, cable TV, and dining for four. Enjoy a fully equipped modern kitchen in all three residences, each stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, as well as all the large and small appliances you'll need during your stay. Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.).
BEDROOMS:
Guests with find a comfortable queen bed in each of the eight bedrooms.
BATHROOMS:
Both the upstairs and ground-floor 3BR residences feature one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, located off the hallway, as well as a half bathroom also off the hallway. The upstairs 2BR home offers one full bathroom with a step-in shower.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided for each home. Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of the mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Enjoy a large front balcony and a ground-floor patio, each offering the best entertainment of all, plentiful sightings of dolphins, various species of migrating whales, and other wonderful sea life just offshore year-round. Watching the world go by along the boardwalk throughout the day is also a favorite pastime. Both outdoor spaces also feature comfortable seating and a BBQ grill. While the rear 2BR upstairs home does not have its own outdoor living area, guests will find a third grill and beach gear storage just beyond the unit's entry door.

Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport's beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, rollaway twin beds, and much more! Contact us for more information
