The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/tub combination. The secondary bedroom also boasts a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and access to a shared bathroom with a shower/tub. A cozy third bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed provides a quiet and restful space, ideal for light sleepers. For additional guests, the living room includes a sleeper sofa with a full-size pull-out mattress, complete with a mattress topper for added comfort and extra linens stored in the bedroom closets.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and gather with friends and family (cooking oil not provided). Start your day with a cup of coffee on the private balcony overlooking the pool and cabanas or enjoy a meal together at the six-person outdoor dining table before heading out to explore Nashville’s legendary live music scene, top-rated restaurants, and vibrant nightlife.

- This is a condo located in downtown Nashville. As pictured, this development sits near train tracks. We have provided a white noise machine and ear plugs for your convenience. As Nashville continues to grow, nearby construction is common and may be present during your stay. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the best location for your stay. Like any urban location, the presence of unhoused individuals may be experienced.
