This is our 2 BEDROOM condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. It was designed & decorated with a very CLEAN, MATTE BLACK & SLEEK VIBE! The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is truly one of a kind in the building!

The sleek matte black kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW black slate appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy.

BATH:
Floating matte black double vanity sink & DOUBLE GLASS SHOWERS - embrace yourself as we designed two glass showers next to each other to maximize on efficiency in the bathroom. One private toilet in the bathroom.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

POOL and GRILL:
Our pool area is open year round. However, the pool is not heated so it is up to our HOA to determine the exact dates of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year (typically May-October).

PARKING:
Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. This pass must be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. One parking spot per condo. Additional street parking is available right across the street in front of the condo complex.
