Enjoy the quiet and privacy of this 3.6 acre getaway while swimming in its 50,000 gallon pool and walking its private desert trails. Surrounding the property is over an acre of desert gardens designed and built by one of Tucson's award winning landscape designers. Maeveen Behan Trails Park 1 mile away.
The space
The guesthouse is located behind the main house and is very secluded and secure. The surrounding desert and gardens are alive with desert wildlife including many songbirds, reptiles, raptors, owls, rabbits, and coyotes. The guesthouse has a front office with a desk, massage chair, and a futon which folds out into an extra sleeping space. Centrally located in the 750 sq.ft. guesthouse is a main entertainment room with couch and massage lounging chair. The bedroom contains a California King bed and a futon as well as 2 chests of drawers. There's also a large walk-in closet attached to the bedroom. The bathroom has a bath tub and shower. The kitchen has a vintage electric stove-top and oven as well as microwave, toaster oven, ice machine, keurig and fridge with freezer.

About a 1 mile walk away is the Maeveen Behan Desert Sanctuary with over 4.7 miles of walking, running, or mountain biking trails. There are two mountain bikes for use at the property. Both a medium and large frame. Approximately 15 minutes drive away is the Catalina State Park.
