Wunderschön aktualisierte 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer Wohnung. Das Loft Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein französisches Bett und 40-Zoll-Flachbild-TV montiert. Es gibt einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein komplett renoviertes Hauptbadezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über zwei XL-Einzelbetten (80 Zoll) mit zwei Schränken und einem Schreibtisch. Das Badezimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer und verfügt über eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Das Erdgeschoss ist ein offener Grundriss. Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank aus Edelstahl mit einer Theke mit drei Barhockern. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine bequeme Couch und einen Stuhl mit einem 40-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und Blue-ray-DVD-Player. Der Komplex verfügt über einen großen Pool und zwei Whirlpools. Es ist zu Fuß zum Udall Park, Restaurants, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und vieles mehr. Es ist in der Nähe von Sabino Canyon, U of A, und eine kurze Fahrt nach Mount Lemmon. The location was very convenient. We were disappointed that the pool had closed for the season because that was one of the reasons we chose the property a few months back. I know this is likely beyond the owner’s control but the listing should specify that the pool isn’t open all year. The kitchen is nicely remodeled and has plenty of cookware and utensils. The carpeting, particularly on the stairs, needs a deep cleaning. Alison was helpful and checking in and out was very easy.

Loved this condo. Great linens to include very nice towels, super clean, lots of nice lil touches like dish soap, laundry soap, shower gel, shampoo, a pitcher to filter water(Brita), coffee filters and even some left over coffee(I left mine behind for next guest as well). Host was super communicative and easy to teach. Great stay and I’ll be back.

Hidden rules

Biggest issue was that we understood no smoking inside building. We always like to have a smoke outside on a private patio to make our plans for the day. We were told (the day we arrived that the no smoking was continued even outside and even parking lot. We were stunned. We other than taking her word for it...staying in a non smoking community. She told us if we were to be found smoking or even a hint of it she would fine us an addtl. 200 bucks. We obeyed but I must admit was beeved that outside was off limits. We wouldnt stay there again. Felt there was not full discloser at the time of booking.

Not what we expected

I arrived in Tucson and had not received any check in details, I reach out to the host and she messaged back quickly with instructions to check in. Once I arrived at the property, it wasn’t in a safe neighborhood. The only security was a run down gate that could easily be tampered with and broken into. I decided to look at the property anyways. When I went inside, I realized it wasn’t throughly cleaned. The floors were dirty, the mattress had stains, the shower hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was an abnormal smell to the property. When I went to look at the loft area, there were soft spots in the carpet, night stands hadn’t been wiped down, and the bathroom was dirty. I reached out to the host with my concerns and told her that I wouldn’t be staying there and requested a refund. She offered me a gift card while someone went over there and cleaned the property. Since I didn’t feel safe/comfortable there I declined and asked for a partial refund due to the understanding that she did book out for 4 days on a holiday weekend and I was looking for some compensation while we trying to keep her business afloat. I was offered a refund of one night and cleaning fee. I didn’t accept and had to scramble to find hotel rooms for my trip. It was not newly renovated and looked quite run down compared to the photos.

Nice condo

This two bedroom, two bath, condo worked out well for my wife and I. Safe location. Close to shopping and a number of sights you may want to see if you are visiting Tucson. We felt right at home after a day or two. Would recommend this unit.
