The unit itself was the star. A stone's throw away from the ocean, we loved coming back to it after our adventures. All 6 nights we cooked in so we could spend a couple of hours with the sunset - better than any restaurant seats, quiet filled with wave noise, sunset and clouds. We had some stormy days with surfers and some quiet days with the turtles. This particular unit is a treasure.

This was our 5th stay at Napili Point, but our first time in this particular corner A unit, and it was perfect for our family. The unit was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. We enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful stay, with incredible snorkeling right outside in Honokeana Cove, where we swam with turtles. Napili Bay is just a short walk away and great for beach time, though during our visit the tides were high, so the sandy area was limited. Still, it was lots of fun.We also highly recommend walking the Kapalua Coastal Trail, which starts about half a mile from the complex. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be right on the water while avoiding the crowds and feel of the large resorts.

What a great property! Our condo was right on the ocean. We watched sunset every night from our lanai. We even saw a pod of dolphins playing only 30 yards away. I'll never forget that. The perfect spot

Loved everything. Super clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Ideal place for two people. Loved the turtle cove and quiet location to watch the sunset. Short walk to a new cafe, Island Vibes that had excellent coffee and food. We also rented SUPs there. We will choose A6 at Napili Point every time!

Awesome views of the bay right from the patio

Chose this unit due to the on-line photos and location in the complex since there were no units over top of ours, just a grassy area for BBQing. The unit was exactly as described and well equipped! We did venture out over the rocks and drop into the bay for snorkeling but it is challenging, especially for 70 year-old knees. There are no facilities for easy entry/exit, just have to slide off the rocks and then hope to find grips and handholds to pull yourself out. Did it 2x but wasn't too keen on a 3rd try. The water/bay was super for snorkeling and we saw numerous large sea turtles within the first 10 minutes. Good assortment of fish and coral as well. Did venture over to the Gazebo for a breakfast and waited (and waited) in line for a mediocre breakfast and actually the view from our condo was better than the Gazebo. IMHO, I'd skip the Gazebo and get your breakfast at the Kitchen 5315 restaurant next door. Good food, nice views and very reasonable prices. Ate there most every day. Sea House restaurant at Napili Kai was hit or miss, first time we ate there it was fantastic, went back a few days later and ordered the same thing and it was totally different than before and I had to send it back and get something else. Did get a great meal at The Pour House Italian kitchen just a couple miles away. Anyway, the VRBO unit was great and I'd highly recommend it.

Maui Spectacular!

This unit did not disappoint! If you’re looking for incredible snorkeling and sea turtles right out your front door, this is the place. Evening sunsets from the lanai are priceless, and the community overall at Napili Point Resort was embodied the spirit of aloha. The condo has everything you need and was very clean. The AC in the bedroom was much appreciated. Communicating with the property owners was very easy through the VRBO app and they were extremely responsive. We will definitely return to this property!

THE VIEW IS AMAZING!!

This unit was comfortable for the 2 of us! It looks just like the photos. Had adequate supplies in the kitchen, bed was very comfortable. The patio sits next to the cliff to the ocean! The view is spectacular! Turtles right outside the door in the cove! Whales in the distance, though not so many in March as January and February. Snorkeling in the cove is wonderful, but not easy access to get in. But worth it when you can! Only negative is not a good area for walking, only on property. A bit challenging to walk to the beach at Napoli Bay, which is gorgeous! Would stay here again!

Stay in Paradise

We have stayed in many condos and this was the nicest. Right on the edge of the water, looking down six feet to the waves breaking on the lava rocks. Because the property and windows are angled, the view of the water was expansive. The condo was VERY well equipped. Plenty of towels and toiletries. But the best part was the extremely well equipped kitchen, it was just like you would have at home: plenty of dishes, silverware and utensils. Pot and pans were great with homelike quality. It even had a slow cooker! There were TV’s in both bedroom and living room with lots of Chanel selection. Both the living room and the bedroom had water views. We spent a lot of time just enjoying the view.

We are a family-owned and operated management company with over 30 years of experience in Hawaii. We have a full service, dedicated, friendly staff, and attention to details are our primary concern.

Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
2. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
3. For a cancellation notice received more than 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will not be issued, other than the departure cleaning fee.
4. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased, and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.
5. Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy, Owner/Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Such reasons may include, but will not be limited to, unforeseen repairs, service, maintenance, or any other reason the Owner/Agent deems necessary. Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made. The agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise. Guest agrees that any claims against Owner/Agent arising out of performance or non-performance under this agreement shall be limited to a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Guest.
