Excellent communication from the host. Very clean, updated property. The luggage shed was very helpful for our stay. Location felt safe and was near the highway for ease of getting around Boston. Would absolutely recommend this property and Marina as a host in general!

The place was very clean! All 3 rooms were spacious and bathrooms were great. Appreciated the amenities, all nicely set and ready for use. Directions for check-in and checkout was straightforward and parking being included was a huge plus given the difficulty of finding parking in the area.Host was communicative and let us know about any road closures/construction happening in the area (this wasn’t an issue for us to get to and from the place). Space comfortably can sleep at least 6 adults, and space was ample for a large family. Location wise is convenient for downtown Boston and Boston Logan. Walking distance from the subway station so easy to leave your car and opt for public transport for exploring the city. Otherwise, was a 10-15 minute drive to major areas depending on traffic and commute times. Will definitely hope to stay here again for future Boston city visits.

Place was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen with island was spacious. There are a lot of outlets in this unit which I found helpful with all of our electronics between the 6 of us. We were within walking distance to the T (we didn’t have a car) and we really liked the restaurant Vinnie’s, which was walking distance also. We ate there twice.

What a great place! So finely appointed and the off street parking was so easy. This is a great apartment very walkable to Somerville. Just a note, if you’re a light sleeper, there is highway traffic noise. But the host provided earplugs which was very nice!

Marina was an excellent host!!! Her communication was impeccable. The place was extremely clean and everything we could have possibly needed was provided. Seven of us fit comfortably. Very nice set up! I would stay again!

The property was in a perfect spot—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The space was clean and comfortable. Everyone thought the coffee maker was nice. Parking was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean & comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. There were all sorts of thoughtful additions we didn’t expect: nice soaps, good coffee, plenty of laundry soap & paper towels. It was a comfortable stay, quick walk to the train, and a short drive or uber to the Assembly Row shopping center. We were also able to walk to fun coffee shops. It was a great stay with thoughtful hosts. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay

We loved this location and apartment. My kids (4&2) were able to walk from Sullivan square T stop and to the grocery store. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The 2 yr old loved the under couch lighting. We would love the stay again next time we are in town!

Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't love ( out of owners control), was the very noisy traffic area, especially at night.

Great Place in Boston!

We had a great stay here in Boston. We were in town for my daughter's graduation. Location was great, the place was immaculate! Very easy to communicate with the property manager. The stairs up to the third floor are a bit tricky but manageable. We didn't have any issues with our stay. Would stay again.

Very pleased with this VRBO. It seems newly renovated and is very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the host supplied extra blankets in the closets. There were plenty of towels and paper products. There was a comfy couch and a large TV in the living room and my daughters appreciated being able to veg out and watch movies comfortably after long days of college tours. Also love that there is designated parking. The host is very communicative and check in and out was seamless and easy. Would recommend to anyone with 2 caveats - the winding stairs to the third floor may be difficult for someone with mobility issues and it faces a highway which might bother someone very sensitive to noise. The host does supply ear plugs and white noise machines in each bedroom, but I found the highway noise itself to be white noise that put me to sleep!Overall my family enjoyed our stay and it was very clean, comfortable and convenient. 10 stars!

Marina was very proactive and upfront on planning every step until check in and all instructions were perfect. During the stay, she kept in touch and checked on us. Checkout was clear and EV charger was a great help. Except some high way noise and some internet dead spots, everything else worked awesome. Thank you so much and appreciate all help

The 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom was perfect for our trip to Boston. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We appreciate the tide pods for laundry. The T was very close and good restaurants at walking distance. The host is super responsive. The building is very close to a busy street but the host left ear plugs and background sound machines in all bedrooms which worked perfectly to drown off the street noise.
