Great out door area around pool with many different lighting options depending on. the mood of your event. You may have up to 20 total people in the house and/or pool area during event times (anytime 5am to 11pm)

For Overnight, there are 2 beds and 2 couches so you may have up to 6 adults sleep over.

You may also have guests who do not sleep over ($6 each) up to 20 TOTAL and they should be gone by 11 pm

PRKING:
ONLY as many cars as can fit in the driveway area are allowed (10-13). There is NO PARKING on the cul-de-sac WHATSOEVER. My neighbors will call the police if so. PLEASE FOLLOW PARKING INSTRUCTIONS which will be sent to you once you book.

Features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 2 bathrooms with showers (+ tub) and hair dryers, a great room with 150" Projector and stereo surround sound and seating for 20 to watch movies, sporting events, etc. Sleeping for two more also available on sectional sofa. And, of course, ALL essential amenities like WiFi, heating, AC, an iron, and a washing machine/dryer. There's even a cold plunge on the patio for the adventurous among you.
