No chlorine is used in the pool, which is cleaned by copper electrolysis. It's perfect for those who don't like chemicals in the pool and for those who love naturalness.
You can reach the sea platform from the 106 steps where you walk under the purple bougainvillea.

Villa Lycia is a villa located on the Cukurbag peninsula, set on 1000 M2 of land, with a wide and panoramic view of the sea for 8 people.
Villa Lycia welcomes you with its sympathetic and spacious pool terrace, there is a sympathetic corner on the pool terrace where magnificent sunsets are watched, covered for your conversations, decorated with mosaics and where you will have the most beautiful conversations on the floor cushions. It also has a large sun terrace. The pool, which attracts attention with its oval structure, is not used because the chemical is cleaned by Copper electrolysis.
As soon as you enter Villa Lycia, you will have the pleasure of stepping into a warm Mediterranean home. American cuisine in the style of Country,colorful chandeliers, a stone-covered fireplace and a seating corner in front of the window, equipped with natural structures, cushions and throw pillows, dozens of books left for our reading,small decorative objects, white tulles hanging from the windows, and the blueness that fills in are candidates to set a throne in your heart.
Villa Likya has 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom is on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. 3 of them have a balcony and sea view, only 1 of them has a garden view.

There are also beaches of hotels where you can use by paying an entrance fee close to the villa or just paying your food and drink fees. There are beaches such as' 'İnce Bosphorus', '' Municipal Public Beach '' and 'Blanca Beach' located 5 minutes away from the holiday house by car or minibus.
