Diese Gegend liegt praktisch im Rocky Mountain National Park und doch etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt von Grand Lake! Wenn Sie das Haus betreten, finden Sie Schlafzimmer 2 und 3 auf dieser unteren Ebene sowie ein gemeinsames Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer ist vom Flur und auch direkt vom Schlafzimmer 2 aus zu erreichen. Wenn Sie nach oben gehen, betreten Sie das Wohnzimmer, in dem größere Gruppen und Gewölbedecken Platz finden, wodurch der Raum schön und geräumig wirkt. Es gibt einen Holzofen, einen Fernseher mit DVD-Player und eine Stereoanlage mit Kopfhöreranschluss, die Sie an Ihren Laptop, Ihr Tablet oder Ihr Smartphone anschließen können. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss ist recht groß und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett sowie ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Wie im Erdgeschoss kann das Bad im Obergeschoss direkt vom Schlafzimmer oder vom Hauptwohnraum aus erreicht werden. Wenn Sie nach draußen gehen, finden Sie einen großen Garten für Kinder oder Hunde. Great spot and affordable.

Our friends have a place in the same neighborhood so we wanted to pick something close. This was a great place to celebrate birthdays and the holidays! I enjoyed the open living space and the bedrooms were perfect for our family.

Wonderful stay.

The house is all you could need for a visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. Only five minutes to park entrance. No traffic and lots of peace and quiet. A much better location than Estes Park. Highly recommend.

Very Nice!!!

The house was just what we expected!! Nice size indoor living space and bedrooms. Great outdoor space that was nice and private with a awesome firepit! We saw a moose almost everday with one being right at the back door. Wafflemaker! Everybody enjoyed all the board games too. It was fantastic!! I will be back.

Great location and wonderful house

Came for Thanksgiving with 5 adults. Plenty of room for all. Kitchen was well equipped. Waffle maker was the best. They have a wood burning stove that kept us plenty warm especially with all the snow we had. Dogs are welcome and the yard was great for them. Walks in the neighborhood were perfect. Short drive into town and had cute stores there. Would come back again and again.

Great for RMNP Visit

My dad and I both enjoyed our stay at this rental. The proximity to RMNP entrance was wonderful and easy to make it into the park before the timed entry started. The master suite worked out well for my dad to stay on the same level once up the stairs. The room and attached bathroom worked out well for me on the lower level. It was great that we could each have our own areas. The house was as described. Any questions or issues we had were quickly addressed by the rental company. Would recommend to others.

Relaxing!

Our family stayed at this property for a quiet, last-minute vacation. The location can not be beat! The property is in a residential neighborhood and there are neighbors near-by. We didn’t really notice them. There are a lot of trees and it’s very quiet. We encountered 4-5 moose while out on walks. People are very friendly! RMNP is so close! The house was stocked with what we needed. Our family was very comfortable and had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Upstairs bathroom tub does not drain properly so had to use basement bathroom shower which didn’t work well Sliding door on the downstairs bath tub doesn’t work correctly also water pool on the floor right along the tub on the floor Mostly clean but that’s about it. The pictures on VRBO was not what we arrived to. BBQ Left uncovered and not cleaned at Last use. We left it as we found it. Wanted to use but gross. Kitchen needs additional pans to cook with. Blind in primary does not work to open and close. Only pull up. Main light in downstairs bedroom with bunk light flickers. Taxidermy is more than anticipated from listing. We are pro-hunting but would be good to communicate in posting. Garage from door to house is not secured closed This place needs some attention.

Perfect location

The house was a bit tired on the inside. But you cannot beat the location. The kitchen lacked clean pots and pans, but the home had everything we needed down to spices! It is located in a private subdivision on Columbine Lake. You are not able to use the lake but the walls were lovely. Keep in mind, Grand Lake has been through so much in the last year. Much of the town burned. It is a sad site to see. Please be patient with restaurants and local businesses. Many are closed On Random days of the week. They can’t find help as it seems many of their tourist season employees came from other countries before CoVid. This house is just around tue corner from the grand lodge. Beautiful place. Winding creek horse rides and the entrance to RMNP! Just perfect. Thanks so much.

Great location!

Perfect for our family getaway with close access to RMNP. Neighborhood was also pleasant to walk around and we saw several moose. Communication prior to booking was prompt and helpful. Could have used a bigger pot and a rimmed baking sheet, but otherwise the kitchen had plenty of dishes and the house had everything that we needed. Kids were excited to discover the games in the closet also. Would stay here again!

Respite in Grand Lake

We had a lovely short stay at this house in a private community just outside of downtown Grand Lake. The house was cozy, charming, perfect for three, and easily could accommodate more. It was both a great jumping off point to explore the surrounding area OR simply stay in to relax.

Nice Cabin Getaway

Enjoyed the cabin and location. Could have used a few more linens as our family was the max capacity of the cabin. The owner did reach out and communicate about this and they were very gracious. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very pleasant stay

Loved the location of the cabin. Great Lake was a beautiful, little, town that was convenient for food/entertainment and was less than a 5 minute drive away. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Owners/renters were very responsive to questions/concerns. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it to others.
