Three minutes by foot from the beach at Lake Garda, this elegant hillside villa retreat provides serene lake views and a private pool, perfect for a peaceful escape.

The 70 sqm apartment is all yours. It has a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a full bathroom. The entire apartment has marble flooring, and there's ample closet space.

Your private terrace offers spectacular sunsets with stunning views from the living room, dining room, and bedroom. French windows in the living and dining areas flood the space with natural light.

The kitchen includes everything you need: a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee machines, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (Italian Queen size, 170cm wide, 190cm long) and fitted mosquito nets. A ceiling fan ensures your comfort.

Immerse yourself in tranquility with our private 8-meter saltwater pool, which overlooks the lake and basks in sunlight from mid-morning to sundown. The multi-level landscaped garden, with olive and magnolia trees, provides shaded areas for relaxation alongside deckchairs, sun loungers, and a sun umbrella.

Poolside, there are sun loungers and a hot/cold shower. Unlike most properties, our pool is completely private, as there are no other guests. The pool is open from early May to late September, and the water temperature reaches the mid-/high-20s C from June to August. We provide pool towels for your convenience.

On the mezzanine level, a freshly restored parilla (BBQ) is available for guest use, and BBQ coal is provided.

Your car is safe and cool in our locked underground garage, with direct access to the apartment via a spiral staircase.

The historic village of Torri del Benaco is a five-minute drive or 20-minute walk along the lakeside path. In the heart of the village, discover bars, restaurants, and gift shops. For a change of scenery, head north to Pai or Malcesine or visit the wineries to the south in Bardolino, Lazise and Sirmione.

Rentals are available nearby for water sports enthusiasts. Golfers will enjoy the proximity to the Ca' Degli Ulivi course, while Golf Bogliaco is easily reached by car ferry across the lake to Toscolano Maderno.
