Nestled in the serene woods, escape and discover the beauty of Franklin from this 3-bedroom lodge. DeerRidge Lodge offers a cozy retreat for nature lovers and peace seekers alike. We are pet friendly with a $100 pet fee upon booking. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed and TV, perfect for a soothing night's sleep. With amenities like Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and hair dryers, guests can relax and unwind. The lodge also offers a living room with a comfy sofa bed for additional space. A fully stocked kitchen gives any cooking lover everything needed to prepare a meal or appetizers, prepare holiday dinners, even bake cookies or cupcakes.

The Lower Lounge is a cozy fun space to enjoy a card game, watch your favorite sports team or a movie with a large Smart TV. Adults and kids will have a blast in the game room located in the Lower Lounge. The game room is equipped with a basketball hoop, foosball, and board games. Enjoy the hot tub located on The Lower Lounge deck along with plenty of seating and corn hole game boards. The Lower Lounge offers plenty of space to unwind and enjoy. The best part, you don't have to go upstairs for a beverage or coffee. The Lower Lounge has its own kitchenette with wet bar and a coffee station.

Our charming lodge cabin blends rustic charm with modern comforts, featuring warm wood interiors, a wood burning fireplace, 3 spacious decks perfect for outdoor entertaining, relaxing in the swing, reading in the chaise lounge, and stargazing in the evenings. The back deck offers picnic table seating, fire pit, rocking chairs, and BBQ for the grill master in the group.

Surrounded by towering trees and the gentle sounds of wildlife, it's an ideal escape for hiking, unwinding, or simply soaking in the beauty of Tennessee countryside. Down yonder, a short drive takes you to Historic Downtown Franklin which offers an abundance of fabulous restaurants, bars, and shopping. Fixin to wet your whistle and kick up your boots, enjoy the energy of Downtown Broadway in the heart of Nashville just minutes away. Leipers Fork, a quaint small-town village with unique antique stores, home goods, art galleries, eateries and live music and entertainment is not far. Very clean and looks just like the pictures. Was a great home to relax at in the evenings after exploring the local towns. The hot tub was perfect and we even were able to use the fireplace due to a couple chilly nights. All your needs were met from cooking supplies to bathroom necessities. Home is only 20-25 minute drive to Nashville and the town of Franklin was fun to explore from shops to food to parks! Host was very responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this home.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it is an incredibly cute cabin. Very thoughtfully decorated, you can tell a lot of care went into it. We had an amazing time and had everything we needed and more! The hot tub was great, the beds were comfy, and the cabin was very clean.Due to the season and backing up to the woods (which we loved, felt very much like a cabin in the mountains despite being right outside of Franklin!), we had a couple of bugs. My sister and I are huge wimps about that, but Sherral responded immediately and took care of the issue, which we really appreciated.We would absolutely stay here again, in fact, my mom is very interested in booking it for our family Christmas gathering this year. Thanks for having us!

Decorated immaculately and such sweet details to show the owner cares.The game room had not only a basketball hoop and foosball table, but many other board and card games. A S’mores basket and coffee bar were thoughtful touches. The back deck allowed for sun in the early afternoon, a nice fire pit at night, and the lower level had the hot tub for relaxing. The lodge had everything one would need for a relaxing stay far enough in the woods to feel like a retreat, but just minutes from town. It was clean and modern, with a country feel. If you are hesitating, just book it.

We stayed at the Deer Ridge Lodge with our 4 children while visiting Tennessee and the house more than met our expectations. Everything was beautifully and tastefully done. The host was communicative and quick to respond. It was stocked with everything we needed and so much more. This was a 2 state, week long trip with 4 kids under the age of 11 and by the time we got to Tennessee we were burnt out on eating out 24/7. We swung through the nearby Publix and grabbed some easy meals and I was able to cook a full dinner with the kitchen being fully stocked with all the necessary dishes/utensils/pans etc. Our kids had a blast with the game room and hot tub and are already asking when we can go back. I’ve already recommended this home to others traveling to Tennessee soon and would happily recommend it to everyone looking for a COMFORTABLE, peaceful, spacious and beautiful place to stay.

I can honestly say this was one of the nicest places I have stayed. The setting was picturesque, the accommodations top of the line and the amenities went above and beyond. Our stay at DeerRidge was wonderful. The house is very comfortable and has everything needed. It was perfect for our four adults and two young children. We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Every bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms felt like a luxurious spa—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked.
