Lacey and Joey were both born and raised in Franklin and love this town! Lacey's mother was heavily involved in the Heritage Foundation, which focuses on historic preservation and restoration in the downtown district, and later became involved herself.

Joey is a criminal defense attorney who frequently spends time at the courthouse right across the street! He spotted the LFH (Little Franklin House) the minute it went on the market and couldn't resist the opportunity to plant some roots right in the heart of our hometown. The LFH is a renovation project we took on with the help of Joey's parents, Gayle and Lynn, as well as a professional contractor who is also a fellow Franklin High School grad. We can't wait to share our home with visitors to our charming downtown Franklin.

Walk out the front door and around the block to the heart of Main Street, USA! Every restaurant (favorites include Gray's on Main, Red Pony, 55 South, Cork + Cow, Frothy Monkey and Puckett's) is within easy-breezy walking distance from the house. Shopping (White's Mercantile, Emmaline's, Rock Paper Scissors, Anthropologie, Posh, and so many others) is just at your fingertips as well! Spend time visiting historic Battle of Franklin landmarks, take a walking tour, ride the trolley to explore locations beyond walking distance and make your way over to The Factory at Franklin for local artists (say hello to Deann - - while your there!), Jeni's ice cream, theater shows, and more restaurants.
