Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Pawleys Island with a fully appointed kitchen, three living spaces with 2 televisions and a back yard area, plus plenty of parking! You'll be just a 5-minute car or golf cart ride from the beach and very close to world-class golfing like True Blue and many more courses!

We ask that you take precautions not to damage bedding in ANY manner. Any damage to the room, including but not limited to, bedding, towels, furniture, carpet, electronics, remotes, or other items, will be charged at the replacement cost. Any extra cleaning will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour or if needed, the charge for professional cleaning. With awareness of bio-hazards, there will be at least $100 fee to clean body fluids of any kind. No glitter, candles, no hair dying.

**Do NOT drive on the grass, as it can break the water lines. If this happens, you will be charged for the repair.**
