3 bedrooms, 3 full bathroom. You do have to climb 1 flight of stairs to get to the private entrance door. Washer & dryer is available in the unit. There is no one on the floor above, so you won't have to listen to anyone walking above you! We offer keyless door entry so no registration when you arrive and 2 parking passes.

*Dog friendly for an additional $175 fee, processed closer to the time of stay.

*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
