Other Things to Note:

▸POOL HEATING: We can heat the pool/spa for you at this property if you'd like. The gas in San Diego is quite expensive, so we charge $100 per day to help offset the cost. If you want the pool heated, just let us know which days and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll add the charges to your reservation and collect them at check-in.

Note: The heater can only run from 7:00 AM to 10:45 PM, as we need to run the cleaning pump overnight to keep the pool clean. The heater won’t run while the cleaning system is on.

▸ Guests are required to complete and sign a Short Term Agreement, which includes a virtual ID check. After completion we'll send you instructions on accessing our property. Questions? Contact us Anytime.

▸ Pet friendly stay: We welcome Fur babies at $200 per pet per stay. Please let us know in advance or we will have to charge extra.

▸ Excessive outdoor noise is strictly enforced after 10pm. This is a peaceful neighborhood, so please no parties! Thank you for understanding.

▸ The home has exterior security cameras, and excessive noise decibel detectors. This allows us to protect you, the property, and the neighborhood from parties or other house rules violations. The cameras are not located inside the home and only monitor the exterior of the property.

▸ Sustainability Reminder:

We are environmentally conscious and ask guests to turn off lights, appliances, and electronics when not in use. Thank you for helping us conserve energy.

▸ Towel & Linen Use:

Please use towels and linens responsibly. Excessive stains or damage may result in additional replacement charges.
