Located on Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas with walking distance to downtown and views of the Land’s-End rock formation, this lavish resort affords guests all of the amenities you would expect.


ABOUT THIS VILA
Pamper yourself in this beautiful villa which features a spacious central main living area, two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on either side and a covered outside terrace. All three areas have expansive glass doors overlooking gardens, pool and the Sea of Cortez. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, pantry and washer/dryer.

Relax in the primary suite with pillow-top king bed mattress, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with balcony entrance. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds and a full bath. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.

Other amenities include flat screen TVs in all rooms, ceiling fans, and individual thermostats in the main rooms. Housekeeping every other day is included. Drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa La Estancia complex. There is 24-hour security at the beachfront and main entrance.


GETTING TO THE RESORT
Villa La Estancia is about 45 minutes from the San Jose del Cabo airport. The easiest way to get to the resort is with pre-arranged private resort transportation. Rental cars are also available at the airport; parking is underground at the property. Guests will be greeted upon arrival by a bellman who will handle luggage and facilitate the check-in. Once guests are at the property, round the clock bellman are available to arrange for local Uber or taxi rides.
