Willkommen im C 203 in den Marina Sol Residences and Resort. Casa Sirena ist unser 1.400 Quadratfuß
Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, die bequem Platz für bis zu 6 Gäste bietet.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist sehr groß und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett sowie ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa und ein eigenes Bad aus Marmor.
Das Gästeschlafzimmer kann mit 2 Einzelbetten oder als Kingsize-Bett eingerichtet werden und das 2. Badezimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Gästeschlafzimmer.

Die moderne Küche verfügt über eine Granitinsel und bietet alles, was Sie für die Zubereitung eines köstlichen Essens benötigen. Die hintere Terrasse hat ein W & D

Das Dining Room verfügt über einen großen Tisch für 6 Personen, an dem Sie sich entspannen und essen oder andere Aktivitäten ausüben können. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über ein Ausziehsofa, einen Bluetooth-Player und einen Smart-TV mit 200 Kanälen zur Auswahl. Die Wohnung hat auch einen eigenen privaten Highspeed-Internetzugang und ein Telefon mit kostenlosen weltweiten Anrufen.
Genießen Sie die schöne Aussicht auf den Pool und den Innenhof des Marina Sol von Ihrem Standort auf der 2. Etage aus, während Sie auf der geräumigen Terrasse grillen, die auch über einen Essbereich im Freien verfügt. Die Küche in voller Größe ist allesamt aus Granit und ist sehr modern und hat alles, was Sie zum Kochen brauchen.

Amazing place to stay in Cabo. Great central location so everywhere we went was walkable and easy to get to. The bar and pool was great and the apartment was very clean and well stocked with the necessary things. Overall had an amazing trip and would come back again!

My wife and I stayed at Marina Sol for one week. The place is ideally located to visit the beach, marina, and downtown. San Jose del Cabo is a short Uber ride away (25-45).The staff does a great job keeping the place clean. The air conditioning works very well, and the view of the pool and gardens are beautiful. The pool is well maintained and heated to a comfortable temperature. We enjoyed getting a drink in the pool, too. I also recommend visiting Tres Amigas at least once. The food is good, especially the molcajete. When we return to Cabo, I hope we stay here again.

Everything was perfect!

Everything went so well. From booking the trip, helping arrange rides to and from airport and someone being there to greet us the minute we arrived.The house looked great and had everything we needed. The location was close to everything and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and grounds. The pool was heated and the food at the pool bar was so good. We had a great time!

Fantastic stay. Loved every second.

Great condo. Excellent location. Perfect for our young family. Cannot recommend this place enough if staying with a kids. If you want to party, stay elsewhere but that’s why this place was so great.

A Gem in the Middle of Cabo

We have been vacationing in Cabo for 40 years and finally stayed at Marina Sol. Excellent location! Great accommodations and a quiet and well-kept property. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food and drinks at on-site restaurant. Clean pool and jacuzzi. Met many wonderful people who own or were also renting.

Family friendly

The property fit our family of 5 perfectly. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Conveniently located in Cabo San Lucas with everything in walking distance. GREAT RELAXING PLACE BUT CLOSE TO NIGHT LIFE IF YOU WANT IT

Brought 3 of my best friends with me to celebrate my 50th birthday! This location made for a fantastic relaxing stay with a spacious, well stocked condo, yet just blocks away from some of the best restaurants in the area. Very close to the Marina should you desire some night life, but just a short walk home to the quiet relaxing condo. The best of both worlds really! Will stay here again if I get the chance!

Marina Sol was incredible

Perfectly located close to the beach, tons of restaurants and a couple blocks from downtown shopping and nightlife. I love that this facility is not too big and over run with children. It’s quiet, the pool is lovely and there are always chairs and palapa huts available to lounge. I would recommend to anyone in the future. So glad it’s on my radar now.

Love the place!

Nice, spacious rooms and everything you need to cook at home. Perfect location, close to the beach and town. Polite and helpful staff. Beautiful property. Great restaurants nearby. Pool and hot tub are kept up. Not a single complaint. Especially after hearing other tourists complaints concerning the resorts they stayed. If I return to this country this is exactly where I'll be staying again!

Great Location!

This is a great unit close to Medano Beach. It is exactly as pictured - clean and newly remodelled in an older facility. The ice maker and filtered water were a great touch. The boys enjoyed the $1 tequila shots in the bar and we enjoyed breakfast under $5 at the pool. Small convenience store on site for beer etc. Staff were helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to town.

We'll be back!

This place is awesome! The kitchen was stocked with every gadget you'd ever need, the washer and dryer were handy, the grounds are well maintained, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. And you can't beat the location! There is a noisy club across the street, but my twenty-something kids had no problem with the atmosphere. However, if you desire a quiet stay, then you may want to consider a different unit. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Comfortable in Cabo

Stayed for a week in early March. Condo is nice, quiet, safe and easily accessible to beach, marina & plenty of restaurants. Condo well equip for cooking and had all necessities of home outside of groceries & toiletries. We had 2 middle age couples and had plenty of room in the 2 bedroom. Pool restaurant food was good and bartenders very frinedly. The $3.99 breakfast was hard to pass up. We would stay here again and recommend others.

Wonderful

Our family loved this place. All of the staff members were so nice and helpful. The condo and pool were well kept. We enjoyed the pool every day and liked that it was just a quick walk to the beach and Marina. The patio was perfect to sit and enjoy a drink and the weather at night. We loved that it wasn't over crowded and was a great place for our kids. There is a bar across the street on the back side of this building, so put the heavier sleepers in that room, but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again!

Our stay here was amazing. The unit was awesome, had everything we needed, beds were comfy. We stayed here for Thanksgiving and had a blast. We enjoyed the pool and had drinks and food at the bar by the pool and bar in the lobby. There is a convenience store in the lobby. Downtown is 10 minutes and the beach is about 5ish. We loved that the unit had beach chairs, which had back pack straps so they were easy to carry and the chairs had a little cooler pouch for our beverages. We cannot wait for our next trip!

great location, reasonably priced

we had a good time. I missed having a dishwasher, but i guess i did not check for it in the description. AC units could be challenging to regulate, but overall we had a good time. you cant beat location. Would be nice to have beach umbrella and chairs. :))

Location, location, location!

This was our first time renting a vacation condo in Mexico and this place does not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, Clint, Maggie and Erik made sure we settled in comfortably and enjoyed our stay. The condo is in great shape and well appointed. The pool was nice and really enjoyed Oasis (Thank you Juacquin). A short walk to Medano Beach and all the local restaurants. Had great dinners at Edith's, Pan e Bacco and lunch at the Sandbar. Best massage at Bety's next to Tabasco. Overall we had a great vacation and will definitely return. The whole crew took really good care of us.
