Very convenient location to everything! Views from the apartment are amazing! We received prompt and accurate responses from the host. I would have liked that personal toiletries were put away and the refrigerator could use a deep cleaning and allowed to air out. Other than that our stay was amazing!

Fabulous 5 star getaway in the heart of midtown! In addition to the truly stunning views, this peaceful perch of an apartment offers an unexpected level of quiet that is rare in NYC. In addition to the incredibly comfortable bed, the space was thoughtfully arranged to accommodate both work and relaxation. Above all, Christina and Clinton were outstanding hosts, both easy to communicate with and thoughtfully accommodating. Being given the opportunity to check in early was priceless! A true gem amidst a sea of city options, Christina’s place checked all the boxes for a seamless, stress free, and unforgettable visit to midtown!

The stay was incredible. The apartment is exactly as appears in the pictures and the view is breathtaking. The apartment is in great condition and is very quiet which is an often a challenge when staying in Manhattan. The location is very central with lots of restaurants, shopping and access to several subway lines nearby. If you enjoy walking, it is very easy to walk down to Madison Square Park, Union Square or over to the HighLine and Hudson Yards. In just a few subway stops you can be at Central Park or Soho. Clinton was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and I would happily book here again.

Lovely Place with a great view and location

This place was exactly what I was looking for. The location is perfect right by Penn Station, so getting around was a breeze. Whether I was heading to a meeting or exploring the city, everything was just a few minutes away.The view from the apartment was amazing. It was the perfect backdrop to unwind after a busy day. The apartment itself was really comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed.The host was great, too super easy to communicate with and made check-in super smooth. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone wanting to be in the heart of the city with a killer view. Will definitely stay here again

My stay at The Epic was truly incredible! Christina was always attentive, kind, and very professional, a wonderful host in every sense.The apartment’s location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Manhattan, perfectly central and close to all major areas of the city: north, south, east, and west. Whether heading to Central Park or SoHo, you’re right in between! It’s also near every major subway line, making it extremely convenient.The view is absolutely breathtaking! The apartment faces the Empire State Building itself, one of the most iconic landmarks in the world. The space is beautifully organized and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The motorized King Plus bed, with massage and adjustable settings for back and knees, was an unexpected luxury!The shower and bathtub are excellent, with perfect water pressure and temperature — ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. Laundry and drying facilities inside the apartment make everything even easier.The building, The Epic (theepic.com), is iconic, elegant, modern, and secure, with 24-hour doorman service and a friendly staff. Everything can be accessed through the Alta Open app, including the gym, lounge, and office areas.Christina is not only an excellent host — she’s someone I now consider a friend. Having lived in Manhattan before, I can confidently say this is the kind of apartment I would love to call home. I look forward to returning soon for another perfect New York experience!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very comfortable and the view was truly amazing. The location is close to the subway and a supermarket, and in walking distance of Time Square, Broadway and many great bars and restaurants.The hosts were very responsive and helped us extend our stay when our flights were cancelled due to bad weather.
