What a quintessential NYC apartment in an absolutely perfect location! It has an amazing view overlooking Central Park and is truly steps away from the park. It's spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. The communication with Gertrudes was seamless, and she is extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Hi, stayed in a different part of New York. Enjoyed the spot, very roomy and comfortable. Easy transportation options, good coffee shops nearby. Communication was also great, responded in a timely manner. Would recommend and stay again.

Thank you for your review. We respectfully disagree with your characterization of the property as a scam. The apartment is a legitimate rental property and was available exactly as booked. At the time of your reservation, an error in the listing displayed our office address instead of the apartment address. As soon as this was identified, we explained the situation and provided the correct property location. The two locations are very close to each other and within the same area advertised. We strive to be transparent with all guests and regret any confusion caused by this listing error. However, the property itself is real, operational, and was made available for your stay. We remain committed to providing accurate information and excellent service to our guests.

The Gertrudes were so kind. The unit is exactly as is, which is lovely to see in NYC, where many listings are obviously AI. The video was super helpful when booking. The check-in process was great and easy. I was inside in 5 min and on a work meeting in about 10 minutes after that. The view is exactly as reflected. It was beautiful to see the foliage along the entire span of Central Park. And I had an issue where I was locked out, and the Gertrudes went above and beyond to help me get back into the apartment. They were timely and very kind. They stocked the fridge with water, light snacks, and coffee, along with a great espresso machine. I stayed by myself but wish I had brought a friend for the extra room! I will be staying here again. Cheers!
