The condo was clean, comfortable, very well stocked, and conveniently located to the beach and many great places to eat. There was also a grocery store within walking distance to stock up on everything we needed for the week. Raffy was very responsive before and during our stay. The property manager Marcos was absolutely wonderful. He made arrangements for all our activities and was a great resource for everything during our stay. We highly recommend this rental for any size group!!!!

A brilliant location, yards from the beach and a range of very good restaurants. So much better than staying at an all inclusive resort. The host, Raffy, went above and beyond the call of duty to furnish us with all the info we needed to make the stay perfect.

Erin and her friends were wonderful guests. Communication was excellent from the very beginning, making the entire process smooth and easy. They were polite, respectful, and a pleasure to host throughout their stay. They followed the house rules, treated the property with great care, and were considerate of both the apartment and the neighbors. Raffy was a great host, responded quickly and helped secure a driver. He told us a lot up front, but a few reminders- there are 4 flights of stairs to get to his place. Make sure you turn on the light switch in the laundry room so you can have hot water in the shower. And bring a ton of mosquito spray. Had good stay though!

I would also like to share a small detail that helps future guests better understand the layout of the property. The penthouse begins on the 3rd floor of the building, and from there you have almost three full levels entirely for your private use. This gives our guests a wonderful sense of space, privacy, and comfort during their stay. To make arrival easier, especially when bringing luggage or groceries after shopping, we have staff available to assist guests with carrying bags upstairs so everything can be brought up comfortably and without difficulty. One of the things many guests enjoy the most is the peaceful atmosphere of the penthouse. With windows on multiple sides, you can feel the constant Caribbean breeze flowing through the space, creating a very fresh and relaxing environment throughout the day. The private rooftop area is also a favorite spot where guests can relax, enjoy the open sky, and spend time with family and friends while taking in the beautiful Punta Cana surroundings. Great place and location

We stayed for the second time on Raffy’s property because of what an amazing host he is and the location. Place is close to amazing restaurants and a few steps from the beach. We will stay there again if available next time. Excellent space when you have teens and everyone has their own space.

This penthouse was extremely comfortable and exactly as advertised. My two kids had lots of space to play and they loved going to the nearby beach. The owners thought of everything and the space felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again .

Great place with lots of room, we loved it !

Safe place with guard at gate, parking, walk right to the beach, many restaurants, we like the location. The condo itself is very spacious and the upper patio is a great place to hang out at night. Plenty of a/c in the rooms. wifii worked good. Uber was always at most 2 minutes away. Great place to stay especially if you need extra space.

My go to beach house

I have found my forever home! I had a 5 plus star experience with Raffy and his place. Excellent location!!!! Beautiful fully equipped apartment with all amenities. He thought of everything! Communicating was easy. He responded promptly and made great suggestions for our short stay. I will be booking this place again!!!!

Great location and well managed. Condo was comfortable but some minor maintenance required. Such as doors were swelled and hard to open and close. Interior door locks need fixing. We had a late arrival on a Sunday and there was no drinking water. Would be nice if a welcome food & drink package was provided. Would make for a nice welcome and helpful for those late night arrivals from airport.

Regarding the drinking water, we would like to mention that the refrigerator is connected to a filtered water system, so the water dispensed from the fridge and the ice are both perfectly safe and ready to drink. In addition, we normally provide small bottled waters for guests to take to the beach, as well as larger water containers for convenience during the stay. We sincerely apologize that on this occasion the welcome items, including the bottled drinking water, were not placed in the property before your arrival. Due to a personal situation with our manager that evening, the usual welcome setup was unfortunately delayed. This is not our standard practice, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Please know that both I, as the property owner, and our manager are always available to assist our guests. We provide support 24/7, and guests are always welcome to contact us at any time if they need help or information. Our goal is to make every stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thank you again for your visit and for taking the time to share your experience. Great find

Excellent location, close to many wonderful restaurants and very close to beach. And by close, we mean walking distance. We did not rent a car all week as the transportation infrastructure is very reliable. You must be able to climb stairs to access this unit but worth the effort. Building built very well, no noise from neighboring units. The only “noise” is if nearby resorts are hosting an event but none of us had our sleep disrupted during our 6 night stay. Would definitely return.

Joel and the family are great guests, super easy communication from the beginning, very respectful of all the rules, easy in every sense. Really all the doors are open for any time you come to Punta Cana and I certainly recommend it to all hosts. Joe and family are waiting for you again and thank you for your visit.

Family & Friends Holiday

First and foremost, Raffy was so kind and attentive to any and all questions. The location of this condo is perfect for all your needs: grocery store, drug store, bank, restaurants, excursions and the beach. The pool is small but most people are there for the beach. I just want to clarify the size of the beds. There are 2 XL twin beds in the downstairs BR, there is a "full" size bed in the master BR and the other 2nd floor bedroom has a "full" size bed. A full size bed is smaller than a queen size. There was an air mattress, in addition to Raffy's manager brought an additional air mattress. He also brought an extra container of water when we requested it. Being on the 3rd floor, you get good exercise going up and down stairs. Everything you could possibly need is in the condo (toiletries, towels, sheets, kitchen had everything needed, beach chairs, etc.).We found all of the native Dominican Republicans to be very kind and helpful as well as the tourists from all over the world that we met. This comment is no reflection on the condo but one thing that surprised all of us was the large amount of brown sea weed that washed up on shore, all day every day. It gets raked up by the resorts and condo asso. daily but it's just gross going in and out of the water. We just assumed this side of the island and the direction of the ocean current is why it washes up on all of these beaches. Thank you Raffy for your hospitality and attentiveness!!!

Jayne and family are a beautiful group. they are extremely respectful of the rules of the place, very easy to communicate from day one, having them is like having a family. We already adjusted the sizes of the beds for a better stay for a group of guests... Jayne and family are welcome at any time.

Little Gem in Punta Cana

Raffy is an excellent host, went above and beyond during my booking. Apartment is located in a great location, all amenities available. If any questions we had during our staying, they were promptly answered and flexible. I would highly recommend staying at Raffy’s place!
