Welcome to the new and improved "Seaside Beauty" on Rock Beauty and Tarpon Blvd.
We recently purchased this extra large beach house (2025) and had it professionally decorated! We painted, added new furniture, added more living space to the porches and decorated with many coastal touches! This house has been very popular with large groups for many years. Previously known as "Invincible" for over 20 years, and then again "The Frippin" Dawg" for a past two summers (2023, 2024).
Seaside Beauty is an 8 bedroom/5 bathroom home in the heart of Fripp Island, that sleeps 24. The home was built with large families/groups in mind! One of the best locations on Fripp Island, this home boasts a one minute walk to the beach, and a two minute walk to the Beach Club, SandBar, Adult swimming pool, Olympic pool, Fitness center, Tennis courts, Pickle ball courts, Food courts, Ice Cream and Pizza trucks, and several shops.
-BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS-
On the main floor, you will find 2 master suites with KING-sized beds with a private bathroom in each. There are 4 rooms at the front of the house (mirrored on each side). On the right side, a room with a KING-sized bed shares a bathroom with a room with 1 King size bed, and a full-size bunk beds - this is mirrored on the LEFT side of the house, as well. Each of these shared bathrooms have the commode and shower/bath separated from the vanity to allow one person to be getting ready while the others are taking showers/using the restroom. Upstairs, there is a room with a queen bed, and a large room with 2 sets of bunk beds, a queen sized bed, a 50" TV, and lots of room to play. There is a shared bathroom upstairs. The house currently sleeps 24 people. All rooms have ceiling fans for great air flow. We also have a laundry area with a Speed Queen washer and dryer.
-KITCHEN-
This spacious kitchen is a chef's dream! The professional Wolf range is propane with covered burners. To make your food storage easier, the kitchen boasts 2 stainless-steel side-by-side refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, 2 microwaves, and a warming drawer. You'll also find a blender, toaster, and 3 coffee makers. The dining room table is a gathering place to make memories during your visit - it seats 20 people!
-GREAT ROOM/LIVING ROOM-
The great room is the heartbeat of the home. The ceilings are 14 feet tall with 2 new sectionals, 3 swivel chairs, lamps for reading or playing games overlooking a 75" ULED TV with soundbar/sub.
-PORCHES-
The large screen porch is always a fan favorite! This gathering place is where memories are made and time and shared. Lots of rocking chairs and a hammock to share and relax.
-CROWS NEST-
Enjoy the sunrises, sunsets, and sea breezes from the crows nest off the back porch. Enjoy some serenity with overwhelming views.
-PARKING & GETTING ON THE ISLAND-
You will be able to park 12-15 cars in the driveway. We will have to get the names of all people driving on the island, so that we can get them passes at the gate.
***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE!***
We highly recommend stopping at Publix, Food Lion, or Walmart on Sea Island Parkway to get groceries and food before heading to the island. Fripp Island is truly secluded and private so going "into town" for groceries will be at least a 20 minute drive. There are restaurants along Sea Island Parkway.
-FRIPP RESORT AMENITY CARDS-
Amenity cards are available for purchase in order to enjoy all of the island resorts' amenities. ***Please note these are an additional charge and you do need these to use any amenities on the island, besides the beach*** FYI - a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. THIS WILL BE A SEPARATE CONVERSATION - NOT INCLUDED IN VRBO FEES.
