Sie haben das Angebot für eine luxuriöse Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer in der obersten 6. Etage entdeckt. Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, Fliesenböden, Badezimmer aus Travertin, zwei 40-Zoll-LED-Fernseher.

Dank des praktischen Grundrisses haben Sie von jedem Zimmer aus einen ungehinderten Blick auf die Meeresbucht und die Berge von West Maui. Sie können Wale sogar im Bett beobachten (Wale sind nicht inbegriffen).

Jedes der Zimmer hat einen eigenen Eingang zur großen gemeinsamen Veranda (Balkon).

Condo Annehmlichkeiten gehören zentrale A / C (beide Zimmer), WLAN, Kabel, eigener Parkplatz, Kingsize-Bett mit Luxus-Plüschmatratze. Für zusätzliche Gäste können wir ausklappbare Couch- und / oder Queensize-Luftmatratzen anbieten.

Nächster Supermarkt, Einkaufszentrum ist ca. 0. 5 Meilen entfernt - kann zu Fuß, Wailea ist 5. 5 Meilen entfernt, Flughafen - 11 Meilen, Lahaina 21 Meile, Costco, Walmart - 10 Meilen, renommierte Ma'alaea Aquarium - 7 Meilen, Haleakala Krater - 32 Meilen.

Natürlich verbringen viele Gäste des Kauhale Makai erholsame Tage auf dem Grundstück, genießen den Pool, den Grill, die Cocktails auf der Veranda, die unglaublichen tropischen Sonnenuntergänge am Strand und lassen den Tag im Whirlpool ausklingen.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Great view from the Lanai and close to the elevator and trash shoot. This unit features a washlet on the toilet and comes with many beach amenities such as beach chairs, pool towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, etc. Traditional coffee maker but it's a small hotel room style. AC is good and can get very cold if needed. Quiet unit. Slider from the living room and bedroom to the lanai. Pretty well stocked condo for cooking ammenities. Owner communicates pretty well and issues I found he quickly resolved. Just a note, you cannot see the sunset from the lanai during the winter months, FYI.

We loved our time at this rental near Kihei. Great view, super clean inside, nice pool and spa. Kihei has many good, reasonably priced restaurants to enjoy. Short drive each day for various snorkeling beaches. For sure would stay here again if we're lucky enough to come back to Maui.

This is centrally located in Kihei with Pool, Jacuzzi access . Everything is well thought and pantry, bathroom were cleaned and fully stuffed. Michael has provided snorkeling equipment, beach chair, surf boards, umbrellas etc in the closet near to bathroom. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent location

The view from the balcony was great and we spent a lot of time out there. Location was excellent, close to several lovely beaches and to restaurants. It was a decent space, but perhaps could use some sprucing up to bring it closer to a “luxury “ condo. Also, a regular size coffee maker would be very helpful and some potholders. All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

Great little rental

Check-in was simple, with clear instructions emailed ahead of time. The living space and kitchen were the highlight of the condo and where the most remodeling work went into. Comfortable bed that was separated out from the living space which gave my wife time to rest when I was awake. Like other guests have mentioned there are some touch ups that could be adressed in the bathroom space but nothing bad. There are 3 snorkel sets there (one is a kids set), beach umbrella and two chairs along with beach towels. There was also a playpen for the under 2 years old crowd. Overall the location if this rental is perfect as its centrally located from the airport, west Maui and south Maui beaches. If you get the chance take the snorkel gear to La Parouse

This unit has everything and over kill. The host might have thought everything that the guests need to stay here comfortably. Literally you can move in to live here for good. Best host ever.

Great location and great communication

The management was very responsive and helpful. The location was great, too. Very convenient access to the beach, and very nice views. The only suggestion I have is to provide a better and larger coffee pot. Overall we really enjoyed the place.

Great place and location.

We had a very good stay and got used to a little inconveniences like AC which blows off and on without possibility of adjustment. We just think AC was not needed in this state. Better off keeping the balcony doors open. Small TLCs like touch up paint here and there, but overall it was awesome place to spend the vacation. Will be coming back. Oh, registration email kept bouncing back and only after several days I managed to get back from our excursions in time to visit the office personally to receive a parking tag, which no other cars displayed on the dashboard. Parking was not a huge problem, except for really narrow spaces, which we discovered are typically for Maui :) Mahalo for a really nice stay in paradise.

Decent ocean front room

1) Property turned out to be as described but the bathroom could use remodeling. Bathroom area/space is very congested. May be I didn' t pay close attention to all pics prior to booking but personally I feel it was small area so less convenient. 2) It might be normal in Hawaii atmosphere but we saw some bugs in kitchen area so that was little disappointing but as soon as I repored I was provided spray immediately to control/kill bugs. 3)Sliding door from living to balcony needs some work/repair so it smooth and less noisy as you open and close sliding door. 4) Property is located in good location and ocean front condo.

beautiful property with great views

the room was great, has large sliding doors in the bedroom and living room with views of the neighboring condo's, pool area, and clear shot of the ocean (beach is technically hidden behind a hill just before the sand; you can see it in the pics).. room had AC but you could opt to just open the sliding doors for fresh air instead.. property was close enough to the center of kihei so a 5min car ride would put you at many different restaurants.. would definitely book them again.

Awesome view, great location

We loved our stay at this property. We appreciated the quiet complex, great pool and proximity to the beach. We went on beach walks every morning and saw many turtles sleeping on the beach. We had a car and it was a great central location on Maui. We found the unit to be comfortable, very clean and well-equipped. We spent most of our time on the large balcony admiring the stunning view. Management was quick to respond and resolve a minor issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay in a nice location, no issues or troubles!

This is a nice apartment with a balcony and a great view. It’s pretty clean, has a nice kitchen with dishes, utensils, and a dishwasher that were very useful. The only things were that the mattress and cover in one of the futons in the living room could be cleaner, and the floor washer and dryers needed some repair!

Perfect location for the whole island

First trip to Maui. The accommodations were comfortable. The bed was comfortable and plenty of extras were provided. Coffee maker was a little tricky but figured it out. The view was great and sitting on the patio was the best part having coffee and breakfast in the morning. The on-site management office was closed most of the time we were there so we did not do any sort of official check in. The property managers were responsive when I called. We ran into some issues that the owner of the property rectified so we were very pleased. It was so convenient and there were numerous restaurants nearby that we enjoyed especially Da Kitchen. It was an easy starting point to any touring east or west Maui. Overall we felt it was a good value and would recommend to others.
