We are sorry to hear that you did not feel comfortable during your brief stay. We do want to clarify that this is not a “shady” area of Las Vegas. The home is located in an older, well-established residential neighborhood that is peaceful, family-friendly, and safe. We have welcomed many guests to the property and have never experienced the type of safety concerns described in this review. We understand that every guest may have a different level of comfort, but we want future guests to have an accurate understanding of the area and the home.

If anything is ever disruptive during your stay, we encourage guests to reach out so we can address it right away. We’re sorry to hear the unit did not meet expectations on arrival and will review this with our team to ensure everything is properly checked moving forward. Regarding the washer and dryer, they are available for guest use throughout the stay. Our cleaning team may access them during turnover periods, but there is still ample availability outside of those times.

For clarity, the property is not located in North Las Vegas, and the property address is available through the listing information. The exact address is also included in our standard automated check-in information sent at 2 PM on the day of arrival. Regarding the neighborhood and lighting, we understand that every guest may have a different level of comfort with their surroundings. The property around the building are well lit with exterior lighting for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Regarding the noise, we were not made aware during the stay of the level of noise described in the review. Had we known, we would have made sure to address the issue promptly. Also, the AC is normally set to a minimum of 72° to help protect the system, but we’re always happy to work with our guests when they need additional comfort. Had you reached out during your stay, we would have been glad to help with adjusting the temperature. While most stays are quiet, we do understand that noise from neighboring units can occasionally be noticeable. We do have house rules regarding quiet hours, and we’re always available during a stay, had we been made aware, we would have gladly addressed it right away. Regarding the area, it is an older, residential neighborhood that is very family friendly oriented. We always aim to be as transparent as possible so guests know what to expect.
