We had a great stay! Communication with the host before and during the stay was easy and they alway replied so quickly. The property was super clean, cute and comfortable. It also felt spacious. Lots of nice extras like vanity desks in each bedroom, portable fans, extra blankets, games, full size toiletries in each shower, lots of towels, etc. We didn’t cook anything this stay but the kitchen did have dishes and all the things you would need to make basic meals. It was really close to the complex pool which was large and clean. It was in a great area - only a few minutes drive to the strip but felt more homey and safe.

The condo was perfect for me and my family. The pool was close which made is easy for my wife to take the kiddos while i was out on the race course. Plus the location was a short drive to the strip.

Close but not Too Close

This Was A Great Property!!! The 2bdrm unit is Clean and Fully stocked with anything you'd need for a short stay in Vegas. The place is secure and just a short drive to the strip. The host was Excellent!! Very quick to respond. This will be my goto when in Vegas

Perfect off-strip condo

If you want to be close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, this could be just what you’re looking for! The owners do a great job to ensure visitors have everything they need to be comfortable. The gracious supply of towels, dishes, k-cups, games, bathroom and laundry supplies, and even salt, pepper, make for a convenient and pleasant stay. Check in was seamless. We appreciated the security of having a gate with security personnel at the entrance. Though we didn’t use them during our stay (we stayed in January) the pool, jacuzzi, and lazy river looked clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, though an extra blanket would have been nice during the winter months. My husband would have liked a TV in the bedroom, but there is a huge television and comfy couches in the living area. Both bathrooms were clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend this property for your Vegas vacation, work trip, or get away.

Great weekend stay

The place was how it was listed . Perfect place to stay close entrance strip but also close to town. Where you can eat at a normal breakfast spot not on the strip and avoid the crowds.

The location was perfect. It was easy to get to everything and quiet to be able to relax. The condo was nicely decorated and it seemed they thought of all the little details to make the stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend.

Very clean and well supplied with everything you would need. The downside of the trip was hot tub was inoperable. I dont know if the people upstairs are owners or just renting. The guy upstairs was huge and you could hear every step he took through the ceiling. A lot of noise coming from up above, all hours of the night, friends I was with had trouble sleeping because of the noise. Other then that, nice place

Nice place to stay

My husband, myself and a couple of our friends had a four day stay here. It’s a great place to stay and close to everything. The pool was nice in the 115° temps that week. There is a train that goes by every few hours, it startled us the first night. Housekeeping could’ve done a more thorough job but it wasn’t bad. Overall we had a great experience.

Wonderful stay

We (4 of us) were so happy with the condo. Everything we needed was there. Easy in and out. Exactly what we needed. We didn’t want to be on the strip but just close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Excellent Condo in Excellent Location

Our stay was fantastic here! We came into town to see Adele and this was the perfect condo for what we needed. The host was accommodating to check-in and check-out requests, the location of the condo is within walking distant of 2 casinos and a short 5 minute Uber to the strip. It was so nice being separated from the hustle and bustle of the hotels. The condo itself is clean, updated, and furnished with comfortable furniture, bedding, and linens. The kitchen had everything needed to cook something fresh. The pool was fantastic; never too busy with enough sunshine, chairs, and shade for everyone. When we come back to Vegas, we will definitely be staying here again!

This VRBO really is not too far from the strip. I was able to get just about anywhere within 10 minutes. Some things were even walking distance. The place was very clean and had a stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. I would stay here again.

Great little spot

We had a great time with our 4 day stay. Our host and the amazing beds were the highlights. Our host was kind, went out of his way and accommodated us at every turn! The beds were so comfortable, which is a must when renting a place to stay! It was nice to be able to cook and have breakfast and lunch at the house instead of having to go out to eat for all meals. We really enjoyed this experience and can’t wait to come back.
