The place was cute, clean and perfect for our group of four. It was a little farther from the strip than I thought based on previous reviews but two of our group is older and walking is harder. A very good location and nice to be off strip but still close. Owner was very quick to respond to our questions. Would be happy to stay here again.

Everything by was just perfect. Easy place to find, lots of parking. The place was just perfect space for a mini vacation. The house and rooms were cleaned. Host was very communicative and making sure I was okay and if everything was okay. I will be coming back for future Vegas trip!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this apartment complex on my Vegas trips. It’s a perfect location because it is away from the noise and bustle of the strip but all of the strip’s glory is visible from the little patio on each unit! It is safe and quiet. This unit was a step up though, with two beautiful bathrooms with waterfall shower heads, ceramic tiling and glass doors. More toilet paper would have been nice. There’s kitchen and a big fridge. Honestly, there could have been more supplies in the kitchen…no aluminum foil, only one replacement trash bag offered and four or five coffee pods for the Keurig machine which we went through on the first day. One thing that wasn’t great was the AC seemed to barely make it onto the back room. So it was okay but never really cool enough. The couchs in the sitting room were amazingly comfortable and there’s a huge big screen TV with surround sound. The pools are OFF THE CHARTS. So relaxing and quiet and clean. The host was very responsive to all communication. In all it was a comfortable stay at a great price!

We stood here for 6 days and it was so cozy! My wife and the other couple we came with loved the apt. The layout was great! Beds super comfortable and the bathroom were nice as well! Julio was great! He was there if I needed anything. His response back was quick! We truly appreciate the xmas decorations. The place is close to the strip! I highly recommend staying here!

My family and I never experienced the trip.I have been in the hospital since November 5th and I am to this day still in the hospital

Great weekend stay

The place was how it was listed . Perfect place to stay close entrance strip but also close to town. Where you can eat at a normal breakfast spot not on the strip and avoid the crowds.

great Vegas place/stay!

It was great to be able to stay very close to the Strip - excellent amenities (pool/exercise room) and a very clean and functional space. Also appreciated the free parking in the land of paid parking :)

Great location close enough to drive the the strip but near smaller casinos that were great for my parents.

We had a great stay! Communication with the host before and during the stay was easy and they alway replied so quickly. The property was super clean, cute and comfortable. It also felt spacious. Lots of nice extras like vanity desks in each bedroom, portable fans, extra blankets, games, full size toiletries in each shower, lots of towels, etc. We didn’t cook anything this stay but the kitchen did have dishes and all the things you would need to make basic meals. It was really close to the complex pool which was large and clean. It was in a great area - only a few minutes drive to the strip but felt more homey and safe.
