To prevent similar situations in the future, we're implementing measures to ensure the pool is promptly serviced after any inclement weather, regardless of the day of the week. It’s great to know check-in was smooth overall and that communication worked well for the most part. I truly apologize for the lapse in follow-up regarding your early check-in request — that’s on us, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ll be reviewing our communication protocols with the cleaning team to ensure we close that loop better in the future. Regarding the minisplits and the musty smell — thank you for your patience with the temporary window units. We're actively working on resolving the HVAC issue permanently and will take a closer look at the scent concerns to make sure guests always walk into a fresh, welcoming space.
