The Space:

BEDROOMS

Four bedrooms plus a finished basement. The primary suite has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen / Bedroom 3: queen / Bedroom 4: Full. A futon (queen) in the basement adds extra sleeping space. Sleeps up to 8. Fresh linens provided in every room.



BATHROOMS

Two bathrooms — including the primary ensuite — stocked with fresh towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.



KITCHEN

Fully equipped with granite counters, a center island with breakfast-bar seating, and stainless appliances including double wall ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Cookware, dishes, utensils, and Keurig provided. Open to a separate formal dining room — ready for cooking and gathering with the whole group.



LIVING AREAS

The open main level has hardwood floors, a brick fireplace, and comfortable seating with a Roku for streaming. Downstairs, the finished basement is the entertainment zone — air hockey, an electronic dart board, a home gym, and a second lounge with a TV.



OUTDOOR LIVING

Step out to a private backyard with a deck, BBQ grill, and mature trees for shade and privacy. Plenty of room for kids and outdoor dining on nearly an acre. Unfortunately the hot tub is NOT operable.

Free off-street parking — attached 2-car garage plus driveway space for multiple vehicles.

In Edgewater, just across the South River from downtown Annapolis — about 15 minutes to City Dock and the Naval Academy. Minutes to Quiet Waters Park, Historic London Town & Gardens, and South River waterfront dining. Easy access to Rt. 2, Rt. 50, and the Bay Bridge.
