Great Location

We loved the property and would definitely stay here again. Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. A beautiful upscale and safe area. The front desk attendant was a bonus and super helpful.

Beautiful modern apartment. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. My family and I enjoyed it.

Excellent place to stay. For those with special needs, we had a couple of wheelchairs with us, with the exception of a couple of steps outside, and no wheelchair access to the restrooms, showers, and the small little service room converted into bedroom with a bunk bed; the place is pretty accessible with assistance.

Our family vacation

Property was perfect for our family (4 adults and 2 children). The size and floor layout allowed for privacy and a place for everyone to hangout. Location is great. Close to restaurants, shopping and parks. Safe for walking. Would stay there again.

Perfect location, very clean. The owner/manager responded to our texts immediately, and were very pleasant. This building had doormen who were also very nice and helpful, we felt very safe and comfortable.

Great location for Semana Santa

We came to Polanco for Semana Santa. The apartment was everything advertised and more. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The best part was that it's in a great location. Safe, easy to walk and lots of fabulous restaurants nearby. We will be happy to stay here again.

Great location and spacious apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in Polanco, Mexico City. The apartment was spacious and clean and had all amenities we needed. But most of all, we really enjoyed the location, close to the main attraction Polanco offers, but on a quiet street, which made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely book this great property for our future travel in Mexico City!

Great stay

This house in Polanco is a 3 bed 3.5 bath modern living space in a posh neighborhood. We were a family of 6 including 2 kids. The check in and check out process was simple, the place is guarded by security 24/7. The neighborhood is very safe; 5 min walk to many high end restaurants and shopping malls as well as walking parks. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a great stay and highly reccomend this place!

The apartment is spacious and well situated for access to most areas. There are restaurants, parks and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The area is busy and active, but it is quiet at night. The door attendants are helpful and friendly. Daniela is quick to respond to all communication. One suggestion would be to change the light bulbs in the second bedroom from the blue LEDs to something warmer toned.

Comfortable and secure

We stayed here with another couple and the accommodations were just right. Two completely private and separate bedroom/bathroom/walk-in closet areas. We used the kitchen only for breakfast but it seemed well equipped—there was coffee and fruit there for us which was nice. Other amenities such as shampoos, hairdryers and laundry detergent were also nice. The 24-hr security desk was wonderful, someone was always quick to greet us. Questions were addressed promptly by the host. Only one cautionary note: the second bedroom windows face an underground parking area which was noisy early morning—did not bother us but anyone sensitive to noise may want to bring earplugs. Overall a completely enjoyable experience!

Great Location, Lousy Water Pressure

Superb location a block off Masryk Street. Walkable to grocery and all the fine restaurants in the Polanco. A lovely bakery is a two minute walk away that we went to every day. Can't think of a getter location. The good: Great and friendly 24 hour reception to open the locked gate for you all the time. They even came in to help us start Netflix on the TV.. Awesome location. Decent beds except for small third bedroom. The Bad: I have stayed at least at a dozen VRBO properties. Worst shower experience ever . It alone killed the deal, and I cannot recommend the place on account of that. The pressure just trickles. Plenty of pressure in the sink. The only way to get hot water is to run the bathroom sink for a while to get it going as there is so little water pressure. It took about ten minutes (not exaggerating) to get hot water without it due to the low water pressure. The kitchen is the most sparsely supplied of any VRBO I have stayed. No salt. One pan, a set for about four people to have one meal. If that is important to you. I thought staying on the ground floor would be great due to the larger patio than the upper floors. The patio is larger than the balconies and lovely, but we ended up not using it. However, our unit #102 is right by reception and you hear lots of noise from the street and people in the lobby at various times. The third small bedroom was so uncomfortable, our 15 yr old son chose to sleep on the couch instead. However, the other two bedrooms are comfortable. and spacious.

Hello Ethan, We appreciate your feedback! It certainly help us to improve. The appartment does have pans, cooking pots and others kitchen utensils. They were inside the drawer under the stove. We provide the basic supplies such as salt, pepper, oil & vinegar, coffee, sugar. About the hot water, it is important to raise the temperature directly from the water heater. It would´ve been nice to let us know about this, so we could have solve it back then. Thank you for staying with us and if you let us, you´ll have a much better experience next time!

Fix a few things

Great neighborhood! The apartment was not ready till 4:00 and had even asked if we could check in early due to fight arrivals. Need more blankets in the rooms- cool at night Fix the leak in the window that made the top bunk bed wet. Most important if was difficult to get the owner to answer questions several days would go by without hearing an answer

Graduation Celebration in CDMX

Superb location. Walking distance to shops, cafes, and Chapultepec Park. The tree covered balcony was a nice spot for morning coffee or an evening post sight seeing drink. Our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this apartment again.
