Sweet, two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo, two short blocks from the beach!

Just a 2 minute walk from Maine's finest beach that offers over 7 miles of mostly flat sand to walk along and mostly calm waves. This charming Old Orchard Beach condo has everything you need to enjoy a restful, relaxing stay.

The location makes it easy to run back and forth from the cottages to the shore - grab a drink, use the bathroom or have lunch in the shade. BBQ grills and picnic tables dotting the large back yard.
Our condos have recently been renovated. Inside, they look like brand new apartments. All the furnishings inside are brand new, as of March 2025.

The living room has a an extremely comfortable couch with a chaise lounge. A coffee table and a large, 52 inch, flat screen, Smart TV where you can enjoy logging in to your streaming network channels like Netflix, Prime & Hulu.

Enjoy the privacy of your own seaside beach condo close to the beach! The bedrooms all have Queen size beds with 2 night stands, either side of the bed that have outlets on them for plugs or USB plugs - this is extremely convenient. The bedrooms include brand new chest of drawers, blinds & curtains that are ideal for blocking out the early morning sun.

The enclosed porch, at the very front of the property, is a very comfortable and cozy space for you to enjoy in the early morning, mid-afternoon, or evening. Looking out at the peaceful and quiet street in front reminds you that you are truly on vacation.

We provide all the necessary linens, bed sheets, duvets, pillows, pillow cases, bath towels & beach towels for up to 4 people.

4 beach chairs are also provided.

The kitchen comes with a stove, a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker (individual k-cups).

We supply all dishes, cups, glasses, pots & pans and silverware.

Extend your stay with us as you have your own washer / dryer. No need therefore to search for a laundromat!
Off-street parking is provided with a side driveway, large enough for 2 vehicles. Additional, free, street parking is also available.

What is the weather like in Old Orchard Beach, Maine in May, June, July, August & September, October? Typical temperatures are as follows:
May: mid 70's
June: mid to high 70's
July: mid 80's
August: low to mid 80's
September: mid to high 70's
October: mid to high 60's

Is it too cold to enter the sea in the summertime?
Absolutley not! beach goers are in the ocean throughout the summer. In mid July 2021 the ocean temperature reached 74 degrees!

Can I walk into town from this property?
Yes, of course. The downtown area of Old Orchard Beach is only 1/3 mile. One can easily walk along the beach to the pier and up the main street. Or one can walk along West Grand Ave. It too is a nice walk with safe sidewalks on either side of the street.

Do you rent in the off-season? fall, winter and early Spring time?
Yes. We rent our property year round. Popular off-season dates include Columbus day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years' Eve, Valentine's day, Easter, Memorial Day weekend.

I am trying to book for next summer but I cannot locate any available dates why is this?
we have opened our calendar to accept new bookings for the summer of 2026. We accept both short and long term reservations. If the dates that you are looking for are unavailable do look further on our website as we have a total of 8, two-bedroom condos, alternatively, we have additional beach properties, cottages and beach houses for you to consider.

I am not sure what the final number of guests will be. I understand above 4 guests you charge $50 per person per night. Can I let you know what the final number will be closer to the date of my booking?
Yes, absolutely. This is very common. As soon as friends or family members see photos of the beachfront property their busy schedule often times opens up, and they wish to come along.

What is unique about this neighborhood?

Most tourists who come to Maine in the summer return each year. The beaches are breath-taking. You can walk for miles and really let your mind wonder! While the water is not comparable to the temperatures of the water in the Caribbean, the wake is mild and child-friendly, most of the time...
The beaches are wide enough and long enough that you're not trampled on by other tourists. They are clean and easy to walk on. We enjoy this part of town, as it is quiet, residential, and little, to no traffic, whatsoever!

You really don't need a vehicle if you're staying at one of our properties, with the beach right in front of us, and the Downtown area, a pleasant 15 minute walk, it makes this vacation so relaxing, not having to sit in traffic.

If there is one thing we highly recommend all of our guests do at least once, is to wake up early and walk along the beach toward the pier at Sunrise. Take your coffee, your phone and your sunglasses with you, kids too, if you can get them up, you will see the most amazing sunrise!! It is truly an amazing experience.

We enjoy this section of town as we are so close to Ocean Park. The Soda Fountain is one of our favorite breakfast places to visit. We typically sit outside, on their veranda, and watch people walk on by. The owner & staff are all extremely kind & very friendly.

Cafe 64 and Beach Bagels are our other favorite breakfast places to visit, they are located in the middle of Downtown Old Orchard Beach, which is a very pleasant 15 minute walk.

Other things to do with the kids:
Fun Town USA - theme park
Splash Town USA - water park (they are attached to each other. The park is located in Saco, the town next door.

Aquaboggan theme park. More suitable for younger children. Also located in Saco.

Palace Playland - you can walk to. It is a fun themepark with amusements. It is located in front of the pier. A very pleasant 15 minute walk!

Pirates Cove - mini golf. This place is a fun favorite for my family. It is an easy 10 minute walk, it is open in the day & at night.

The Memorial Park has basketball & tennis courts and a fun playground for your younger children.

Cape Elizabeth light house with its' Shale Beach is something we highly recommend visiting. It is an amazing site, you can sit outside on the picnic tables and eat lunch whilst admiring the beautiful ocean views. It is approximately, a 25-30 minute drive.

Downtown Portland has so many amazing restaurants to explore. Great shopping in the Old Port / Wharf area. A great outdoor activity to do, especially on an overcast day!

How far is the Old Orchard Beach train station from your property?

It is approximately 0.5 mile, or a very comfortable, 10 minute walk. We invite guests traveling from Boston who want to get away for 2 or 3 nights to travel by train. It is a great / fun alternative travel option.


If there are any issues on the property, who do I contact and how quickly are you able to resolve these issues? All guests are given my personal cell phone. Should there be any major problem inside the house I ask guests to contact me right away. I will be sure to address any issue as expeditiously as possible.
