The two parking spots can accommodate two mid-sized vehicles (note: they may not fit larger trucks or SUVs, but there is tons of FREE street parking by house). Check-in is seamless with a smart lock, and we’re available 24/7 should you need anything during your stay.

Every bedroom has a king memory foam bed (6 total), and the house is filled with natural light throughout. You’ll have full, private access—no shared walls or spaces—and enjoy a fenced-in patio with a hot tub. Walkable to coffee shops, yoga studios, and local bars & restaurants, and just minutes from 12 South, Hillsboro Village, Midtown, and Downtown Nashville.

**HOT TUB RULES:
In order to keep Hot Tub from malfunctioning, please agree to this before booking. Otherwise you will incur a fee

2 - Keep temp 96-98
3 - Do not turn off breaker

**No Local Guests without further vetting. Not to be used to host parties. No pets due to severe family allergies.

**PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely NO decorations may be adhered to the walls, fixtures or furniture. Failure to follow this will result in a fine! We do partner with decorating companies who can decorate for your special occasion - just ask us!

Nashville has strict regulations for permitted short-term rental properties. To remain in compliance and protect our ability to host, all guests must agree to the following:
- Only the number of guests included in your confirmed reservation are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.
- Exceeding the confirmed guest count without prior approval will result in immediate removal from the property and a $500 fee.
- By booking, you agree to our House Rules, which include these terms.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY:
If you plan to use the property for filming or professional photography, prior approval and a signed location agreement are required. Additional fees may apply.

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
