**PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely NO decorations may be adhered to the walls, fixtures or furniture. Failure to follow this will result in a fine! We do partner with decorating companies who can decorate for your special occasion - just ask us!

Nashville has strict regulations for permitted short-term rental properties. To remain in compliance and protect our ability to host, all guests must agree to the following:
- Only the number of guests included in your confirmed reservation are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.
- This home may not be used as a gathering spot for visitors outside of your group. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unapproved guests coming and going.
- Exceeding the confirmed guest count without prior approval will result in immediate removal from the property and a $500 fee.
- By booking, you agree to our House Rules, which include these terms.
- Exterior cameras are in place for your safety and may also be used to verify guest counts.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY:
If you plan to use the property for filming or professional photography, prior approval and a signed location agreement are required. Additional fees may apply.

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-ins and late check-outs must be arranged in advance. Please avoid requesting changes the day before or day of your arrival or departure, as our cleaning team follows a tightly scheduled timeline and we’re typically unable to make last-minute adjustments.

The only way to guarantee early check-in or late check-out is by blocking off the night before or after your reservation. If available, we’re happy to offer that at half the nightly rate. Unapproved late check-outs may result in a fee.

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

**HOT TUB RULES:
In order to keep Hot Tub from malfunctioning, please agree to this before booking. Otherwise you will incur a fee

3 - Do not turn off breaker

**No Local Guests without further vetting. Not to be used to host parties. No pets due to severe family allergies. Guests must agree to our rental agreement/disclaimer before booking.
