'Casa De Palma' ist eine 3BD / 2BA Villa mit einem übergroßen beheizten Whirlpool mit Springbrunnen.
Die Villa liegt ganz in der Nähe von Siesta Key (viele Gäste laufen oder fahren mit dem Fahrrad dorthin, genau eine Meile entfernt).
'Casa De Palma' bietet 4 große Flachbildfernseher, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem herrlichen Essbereich, WLAN, ein erweitertes TV-Paket, einen Gas- und Holzkohlegrill, einen Strandwagen mit Liegestühlen / Sonnenschirm und vieles mehr.
Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet sich ein Publix-Einkaufszentrum mit einer Reihe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, ein Barbereich und ein kleinerer Strip-Platz mit noch mehr Möglichkeiten, der in 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist.
Das Haus liegt im Herzen von South Sarasota und das Ein- und Aussteigen ist sehr bequem.
Wir bieten auch Unterstützung bei Wassersportarten, Bootsverleih, Angeln, Fahrradverleih, Tickets für örtliche Veranstaltungen usw. und sichern unseren Gästen Vorzugspreise durch ein großes Netzwerk von Partnerunternehmen, die wir in den letzten 12 Jahren aufgebaut haben.

Siesta Key bietet kostenlose Fahrten von jedem Punkt des Schlüssels bis zu jedem beliebigen Punkt des Schlüssels (Trinkgeld).

Spring break getaway

The communication was above and beyond expectations. The transportation to the beach was great. The amenities were wonderful. Totally enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hose was clean, spacious and well stocked. We would definitely go back.

Perfect vacay

Mom and I loved our stay. We enjoyed the beach that was very close by, and having the grocery store in the same neighborhood made it convenient to get any last minute necessities. This is a perfect location made easier by us having a rental car, but you could easily uber everywhere you need. The home was clean and spacious, and best of all we got to enjoy the pool between our beach time.

Great Location for Sarasota and Siesta Beach Activities

Nice house in a perfect location for enjoying the activities, restaurants and arts scene around Sarasota and Siesta Beach. It had all the amenities we needed, plus some nice extra touches. The hot tub, pool and entire backyard area were great bonuses. Communication with Ven was outstanding. Highly recommend!

It was a great little place and served just the purpose we needed it for. Van, the host, was great with communication and offering activity ideas, etc. Beach wasn't far for all our little outings. All in all, a great stay! However, worth noting, when I chose to rent this listing, it did say it had a whirlpool/hot tub as well as the heated pool. When I arrived there was no hot tub and no word of said hot tub or of not having one. I do understand things happen, and its no longer in the listing, but a heads up could of went along way...it wasn't the only house on my radar. Had it been important to me I could of chose elsewhere, they could of offered to make up for it in other ways. Not saying a word and hoping we wouldn't notice when we arrived didn't leave a good taste with me. It did not ruin my trip by any means but still, ehh.And I also didn't really care for receiving a text an hour before check-in saying to click this link and pay this fee before I will receive an access/entry code. (After VRBO has already sent me an entry code via email) I was well aware of an extra "resort" fee outside of the VRBO fees, they mention it often in the listing. I would of just appreciated receiving it prior to my mid arrival travels. It was an unnecessary last minute frustration I could of went without while navigating travel. Again, it all worked out fantastically, just some things worth mentioning.

You are absolutely right—while the listing had been updated back in September, 2025 to reflect its removal, we should have proactively checked to make sure nowhere in the listing a hot tub is mentioned. That would have allowed you to make an informed decision, and we regret missing that opportunity. We are addressing this internally to ensure better communication moving forward. We also apologize for the late arrival of the resort fee invoice. Typically, we send this link one day before check-in to avoid holding guests' funds longer than necessary—a practice we intentionally follow to distinguish ourselves from other management companies. Unfortunately, on the day prior to your arrival, we experienced a full-day outage with our texting service, which delayed the message. We completely understand how frustrating that last-minute request was while you were traveling, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We were happy to stay at the house. Well equipped house, for both indoor and outdoor activitates. Good communication with the host.

Great place

Nice place with 3 bedrooms. Back yard deck pool & hot tub were super. The extra non-VRBO owner fee ($60) was odd, listed but I forgot about it & got locked out after being let in. Odd, but vrbo mgr very responsive & helpful. Would return there for sure for sarasota area lodging.

Thank you for staying with us! The fee is separate from all VRBO charges as described in the listing and it helps offset pool equipment maintenance, replacement, pool heater cost, monthly service, etc... the fee the moment is $30/night. Large family fun

My wife and I and our four adult children loved our stay here. The back yard heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table, grill and covered patio made for awesome evenings after being at the beach all day. Publix is within walking distance as well as many other conveniences. The host was very prompt and easy to reach, but we had no issues. We definitely recommend this property.
