Diese 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad Haus ist der perfekte Ort für Ihre Reise nach Southwest Florida. Renoviert und aktualisiert. Beim Betreten werden Sie von einer offenen Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer begrüßt. Sie werden sofort auf die abgeschirmte Veranda gezogen, die die Länge des Hauses überspannt. Wir verbringen viele Tage und Nächte, die hier sitzen, ein Buch lesen, plaudern, Vögel beobachten, Seen und Fische beobachten und die Aussicht genießen. Zurück im Haus, gehst du den Flur hinunter, wo man zwei Gästezimmer und ein Gästebad finden wird. Das Badezimmer hat eine volle Dusche und Wanne Combo. Alle Badezimmerarmaturen und Schränke sind neu. Das 1. Zimmer hat ein Einzelbett. Das 2. Zimmer hat ein Queen-Bett mit brandneuen Matratze. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Kommoden und Schränke, so dass Sie auspacken und sich in Ihr neues Zuhause absetzen können. Das Master-Schlafzimmer und Bad sind am Ende des Flurs. Hier finden Sie ein King-Size-Bett, mit neuer Matratze und ein Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche sowie eine Kommode und einen vollen Schrank. Das Master-Schlafzimmer hat auch einen eigenen Eingang zur hinteren Veranda. Öffnen Sie die Glasschiebetüren und genießen Sie das schöne Wetter der sonnigen und luftigen SWFL!

Draußen finden Sie einen überdachten Carport, plus zusätzlichen Parkplatz für zwei oder drei weitere Fahrzeuge. Sie finden auch eine Feuerstelle, damit Sie unsere perfekt kühlen Winterabende genießen können. Machen Sie Weg zum 32 'Dock, wo Sie Ihr Boot binden können oder einfach nur sitzen und beobachten Sie die Minnows und Krabben und Fische in ihrem Element. Es gibt auch einen Fisch-Reinigungstisch, Schlauch und Elektro am Dock für alle Ihre Fische und Bootfahren braucht!

(Bootslift ist nicht vorhanden für Mieter, aber 32 'Dockage ist vorhanden und inbegriffen, kostenlos 1br / 1ba Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist unbesetzt, aber nicht im Mietpreis enthalten.)

The house was just as described. It was very well stocked, clean, and the outside space was great. The beds and couch were all comfortable. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. We took our 29ft boat and it was snug, but fit. Plenty of trailer space and there's a very nice boat ramp just across the street. One difficulty we had with the boat, was trailering it out of the house. The road leading to the house is basically a one way. So there was no way to turn around once in there. Luckily it's like the 3rd lot in so I just backed out the whole way out. A small boat would have no issues. The hosts were great and we would definitely stay there again.

I stayed 10 days to fish the area. Had stayed at other properties before but this was by far the nicest. My friends loved it too. Goodfishing access and close to the ramp. Very well appointed with appliances and kitchen stuff. I will absolutely be back.

Amazing vacation spot!

The photos don't do it justice! We docked a 22ft key west boat in front of the house and there was plenty of space. This is a perfect spot to reach the bay quickly by boat. The Vrbo is clean and comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything with this rental! We will definitely be booking this again!

Great house and location!

My family has spent every Memorial Day Weekend at Bokeeila for over 20 years and have stayed at many houses on the island. This is a great house! Comfortable and spacious. Very well stocked kitchen with cookware, bakeware, serving pieces and variety of seasonings and spices. Back of house is shaded in afternoon which made nice to be able to enjoy the backyard/dock in 95 degree weather. Definitely a place we will stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fisherman & Kayak Delight. The home was spacious and cheerfully nautical decorated. All essentials for cooking our caught fish to enjoying beverages on the deck are available. The boat dock is great and provides water and electric to stay ready for a days adventure around the islands. Our favorite spot was relaxing on the deck swings after a day on the water. Our hosts responded quickly with any questions. This home is a great choice for staying in Bokeelia. Fish on!

All-around awesome!

We had a lovely time at this property!! Everything about it was enjoyable and comfortable. We used the dock for our 21' bay boat and the fish cleaning station made cleaning our catch easy. The outdoor area and the screened in porch are perfect for relaxing. The family room is perfect for watching football. Everything you could possibly need is in the kitchen. You can tell this is a family home loved by the owners. Our family of five (high school and college aged kids) had an amazing week together here around the holidays and we hope to return in the future.

Fisherman's Paradise

This is my 3rd stay at a VRBO property and this stay exceeded my expectations. Dock had everything a boater needs, water electric, fish cleaning station. Downstairs fans kept everything cool. Upstairs was very comfortable, kitchen fully equiped, ceiling fans in all rooms, monster smart TV for entertainment. I will come back.

Great Week

This property is really nicely appointed. The kitchen is very nicely equipped with everything you might need. The entrance to the property is on the 2nd floor so anyone with difficulty climbing stairs will have an issue but that wasn’t the case for my party. As far as being a fisherman’s paradise, there were a few minor things that needed to be worked out but nothing that would take away from the rating (ex: the fish cleaning area/ hose doesn’t reach it). There is a dock but you can’t really keep a boat there unless it’s on the smaller side, but I’m sure that can be worked out, as there is a boat ramp one street over. Everything in the area was very easy to find. The house itself was very nicely decorated and absolutely felt like a home away from home. Thank you, Todd & Angela for a wonderful stay. We’ve already been talking about coming back.

Hi Paula, Thank you for your review. My husband and I make improvements from the feedback regularly. We have "fixed" the fish cleaning table to be be more spacious and a hose attached to the piling right next to it. I will work on adding an update fish cleaning table picture to our listing. How big was your boat? We have had people squeeze a 26' on the dock but most of our renters have had similar boats to ours 22' pathfinder etc. We would gladly try to make the dock space accommodate your boat for you next stay :)

Great getaway

Visited Bokeelia for first time to get away for long weekend! The house was very clean, cozy & well stocked. The location was perfect! Easy access to waterways and great fishing. Boat ramp right around the corner made launching and reloading boat a breeze. I would highly recommend this house for your next vacay!

Good fishing spot

Initial check was not as expected but contacted owner to gain access. Upon entering, the door was left unlocked and it looked as though someone have just got up from sleeping on the couch. Neither bathroom were cleaned appropriately; tooth paste splatter on mirrors, shower glass still had dried soap running down the glass, kitchen counter did not appear to be cleaned. All the bedrooms were clean and tidy with plenty of space to place our luggage and clothes. Overall, the home was warm and welcoming aside for the small issues of cleaning. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Porches had a beautiful view. We did enjoy all the fishing there was around us. It is in a very good area. Close to the marina for all boat, bait and tackle needs. Downstairs was a great area to relax and enjoy the evenings together and we all enjoyed and appreciate the plethora of rocking chairs and hammock. Boat dock was very nice but would of nicer to have access to the boat lift if it was available to rent. We brought our 18’ bay boat and there was not much room for anything larger to tie up at the dock with the owners boat in the lift and the over hanging trees caused us issues docking our boat. We would also have liked to have more privacy. There were 2 occasions where the owners had to stop by or had someone else stop by for items. Overall it was an okay place and we enjoyed our vacation with our kids however this would not be our first choice to stay again in the area. Compared to other places we’ve booked with VRBO this is a bit over priced.

Perfect Bokeelia Rental

This was an incredible stay and the perfect property for a weekend fishing trip. The house was clean and functional, and the outdoor space is awesome. The owners are lovely and incredibly easy to work with. Will hopefully stay again in the future.

Perfect vacation

What a perfectly laid out house suitable for two couples and one Child. The kitchen was awesome the backyard perfectly redone and so geared for relaxation and outdoor games. The home was light and airy and the porch had a great view of the canal. It was easy to get boats in and out in the location could not be beat. The owners were wonderful start to finish. We can’t wait to go back next year. The Keurig was an added treat and the welcome bottle of wine came in handy at the end. It doesn’t get better than this at Bokeelia!

Amazing Getaway

This was an amazing getaway. We’ve stayed on Pine Island every year for the last nine years. This was our first time staying in this home, but it will not be our last. The layout is great, the view is beautiful with plenty of dock space for your boat. Very clean.

This home is in a peaceful, quiet setting, yet provides quick access to many amenities, such as dining, shopping, etc. Located on a canal at the north end of Pine Island, we are just minutes away by boat from some of the area's best fishing, shelling, and beaches. Jug Creek, Charlotte Harbor, and the Gulf of Mexico await.

The rocking chairs on the screened porch are truly one of our favorite places. And we love the firepit, too. Plus, don't tell, but many of our family's treasured, 'secret' fishing spots are just minutes away. If you're lucky, we may even share a few tips. Before you know it, you'll be sitting on the porch, dining on your own fresh caught red fish or snapper. Mmmmm...
