✅ Pool heating fee is $50 total for reservations of 3 nights or less

✅ For reservations longer than 3 nights, pool heating is $50 + $10 per additional night after the 3rd night

✅ Please request pool heat 24–48 hours before arrival so the water has time to warm



✅ Dogs are welcome of any size/weight

✅ No cats

✅ Pet fee is $50 per pet

✅ Please include the number of dogs with your booking so we can approve and prepare the home accordingly



✅ A $500 security deposit is required at the time of booking for VRBO reservations



✅ Boat lift is not available for guest use

✅ This is a waterfront + pool home — children must be supervised at all times near water
