A short walk on sidewalks to Summer Salt's zero-entry pool, cabanas, fire pit, and putting green. Romar Beach access is under a mile, an easy drive, and the beach cart, wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, and toys are already in the closet.

OUTSIDE
Covered upstairs porch with an electric grill, string lights, and seating for six over the preserve. Outdoor shower and a second dining area under the carport. Cornhole. Covered parking plus driveway for three vehicles, with storage for coolers and gear.

TOURNAMENT WEEKENDS
12 minutes to Orange Beach Sportsplex, 22 to Gulf Shores Sportsplex, 13 to The Wharf. Enough bathrooms for early mornings with multiple adults.

Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM. Entry is contactless with a personal code sent before you arrive. Early check-in is sometimes available when cleaning allows, just ask.

Alabama beaches do not allow dogs on the sand; the open lot next to the house is a good stretch-out spot. Multi-level home with interior stairs and a pond behind the property, so keep an eye on kids and pets outside. Grinder pump: toilet paper only.
