Ein kürzlich erbautes Haus, gebaut ähnlich wie sein Vorgänger im Federal-Stil von 1800, bietet hochwertige Konstruktion mit hochwertigen Endbearbeitungen. Die Hauptebene mit roten Eichenparkett ist ein offener Wohnraum mit gewölbten Decken, viel Tageslicht und Blick auf das Provincetown Memorial. Diese Wohnung verfügt über alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen und erwarten, zusammen mit dem Charme der Provincetown Architektur.

Ideal für zwei Paare oder ein paar Freunden im Urlaub. Sorry, nicht rauchen oder Haustiere erlaubt.

This was a wonderful experience in every respect. Kevin and David have a beautiful, well-appointed home in a great location. We've traveled together for many years as two couples but have never encountered hosts as gracious and generous. The house is thoughtfully designed, inside and out, the bedrooms as well as the common areas are stylish and comfortable, and the kitchen is outstanding. We can't recommend this home highly enough and hope to return.

This property is lovely and is in a great location, easily walkable to the heart of Commercial St. Kevin (owner) met us upon arrival and walked us through all the details of this meticulously appointed property. Modern kitchen has everything you might need. Both en suite bedrooms have super comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Outdoor space is charming for a pre-going out cocktail or morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and can’t wait to return!

Clean ‘home away from home’ stay in great location

Perfect Ptown Pad!

We've rented in Ptown for the past 5 years and this was by far our best experience--the location, cleanliness, modern high quality appliances and grill, little touches (Kiehls bathroom products, homemade cookies, eggs, water, beach towels, beach chairs...). Perfect location

Had a wonderful week here. The property is immaculate and has all the amenities you could want. Kitchen is new and beautiful. Plenty of privacy for two couples and lovely outdoor space. Location is close to everything and very quiet. The owners are hands on and easy to reach. Super nice guys too. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Charming, cozy with everything you need

The home was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed available. This was our first time staying on the East End of Provincetown and it proved to be a good experience, thanks in part to these accommodations. Kevin was very helpful and was a wonderful host.

Incredible lux rental in Ptown

Obvious bright, happy lux choice in Ptown.. upscale finishes, incredible kitchen fully equipped like a pro, central AC, fancy sheets and pillows, Perfect location, Kiehl’s in the bathroom, Sonos and a phenomenal, kind host just for kicks. Ideal place to stay

We’ve been coming to Provincetown for years and have stayed at various properties. This one really is ideal. It is in a perfect location with quick access to everything on Commercial street. The unit is beautiful with modern furnishings. And you can’t beat the hosts, David and Kevin. They will maintain great communication with you and make sure you have what you need for your vacation to be successful. Hands down this is our favorite place to stay in Ptown and where we will keep coming back to.

Elegance and Relaxation

This home is the epitome of elegance and relaxation all rolled into one! From the first day we booked until checkout, Kevin made sure our every need was tended to and that no stone was left unturned. The home is superb, one of the best I have stayed in in Provincetown over the last 10 years...you truly feel at home. From the outdoor patio space to the proximity of restaurants, bars and galleries - this home is like no other. We will definitely be coming back again very soon!

No Better Spot in Ptown

This is our third year at Kevin and David's place and we are never let down. The local is absolutely perfect. It is close to the shops, the trail, and the amenities you need for it to be a perfect trip. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and Kevin and David go out of their way to improve the experience from making sure that you have some basic grocery necessities, helping you get your luggage from the ferry to the house, etc. We have rented from several different people over the last 15 years in Ptown and this is the best! Very high expectations....EXCEEDED!!

Fantastic week in a very elegant yet very comfortable home. We went in with high expectations - they were exceeded. The place looks great in the photos, it's even better in person!! Impeccable attention to every detail from the fully equipped kitchen to the luxury bedding and toiletries, too many others to mention. Very quiet neighborhood yet very close to all that Commercial St. offers. The artwork is fun and generated a lot of conversation. Kevin and David are fantastic hosts and very easy to work with. When it comes to staying in Provincetown some people under promise and over deliver. This property definitely over delivers! The welcome from my host was professional and thorough. Perfect stay

We had a great week staying in this condo. Location is great - easy to walk to everything, but quiet at night. Kevin is a fabulous host, starting with his communication at the time of booking and through checkout. As other reviews have said, the kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could want, including some snacks, wine, and coffee that made settling in after a long drive lovely. The apartment itself is great. Modern living area, kitchen, and two beautiful bathrooms. And the bedrooms on different floors provides privacy. There is a nice outdoor patio area in the back to enjoy your morning coffee. Additional amenities, like a washer and dryer, and beach towels made the stay even better. We would definitely stay here again.

I'm giving this stay 6 stars because it exceeded my expectations in every way. Kevin and David bring a whole new level of customer service and friendliness for Ptown rental managers, which is saying a lot since I have been renting units for over 20 years. The ferry pick up (and drop off!), the starter groceries and supplies, the flowers, the cookies, the Kiehl's, the plush sheets, the big, fancy beach towels. It was all perfect and the new beautifully renovated kitchen was a bonus. Kevin is also very responsive for questions, even the silly ones. Thanks guys, I hope to come back soon!

Nothing spared in this perfect Ptown get-away!

I've been visiting Ptown for 20 years and never have I been picked up at the ferry by my hosts...Kevin and David went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect in every way! Not only is the home ideally located, but is full of exquisite art, top of the line appliances, quality linens and anything you could ask for to enjoy your time in Ptown. Providing the little things like beach chairs and beach towels, Kiehl's bath products, and a few groceries to get us started was a really thoughtful touch. I especially enjoyed the rear outdoor patio. We spent a couple evenings grilling fresh fish and it was the perfect place to enjoy the mild evening weather in Ptown. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for anything more! I'd highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Ptown.

Our friends and I last visited P'town 20 years ago so it was with great relief we selected this wonderful home via the VRBO website. The large LR and adjacent kitchen was perfect for our reunion/get-together. The unit is recently renovated with superior finishes in the kitchen and the two primary bedroom suites. Provocative artwork adorn the walls and is worthy of conversation and contemplation. The kitchen is SO very well-stocked with pantry items and kitchen tools. One kitchen item made me feel completely pampered: a jar of maraschino cherries waiting to be used for the topping an ice cream sundae. Ready to enjoy!!

Pristine, Perfect location Ptown Home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful East End vacation home located steps from Commercial street. Home is exactly as advertised and more. Feels like an urban oasis in a beach setting. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Home is completely updated with great ensuite bathrooms. Beds super comfortable with incredible linens! Bath and Kitchen well stocked with anything you could possibly need for a home cooked meal - not that it is necessary to cook as you are steps away from commercial street - shout out to the Wired Puppy where we got coffee every morning. Walked to the beach abutting commercial street everyday (literally a 5 minute walk). Although on Bradford street, house was very quiet. Super easy to communicate with Kevin who responded quickly to any of our queries. His husband David was a wonderful host who met us at check in and check out, and gave us a bunch of pointers of what to do and where to eat. We'll be back!

Beautiful, well located home with all the amenities you could wish for

This property is delivered exactly as the pictures and descriptions depict. In fact, there were several extras that really make it shine. It starts with the excellent communication throughout the booking, arrival, and departure processes with the owners. We were met at the ferry dock (and also brought back) by the owner who drove us to the unit. Inside the unit, fresh flowers, fresh baked cookies, and various other treats awaited us. The unit was extremely clean and odor free. Excellent Sonus sound system, strong A/C unit, and nice separation between the bedrooms makes it easy to give guests their privacy. Kiehls products in the bathroom, plenty of dishwashing and clothes washing detergents, and iron & board available. Nice, totally private outdoor patio in back. No sound whatsoever from Bradford Street or the abutting units. The bedding is very comfortable and prompted us to buy the same set. The owners are very kind, attentive, and professional making our entire 2 week stay a joy. In fact, we’ve already booked for the same time next year.

Spectacular rental condo.

From top to bottom, this is "the" place to rent in P-town. Beautiful and has everything you need. Very comfortable beds and bedding. We were all impressed at how well appointed the kitchen is; All-Clad cookware, beautiful and tasteful table settings, every appliance we would have wanted, etc... The pantry is already stocked with every spice you would want to cook. Kevin was thoughtful enough to stock the fridge with our first day of groceries. The morning was that more special when we could make our own eggs, brew fresh coffee and slice some fresh strawberries. Our host was in town to meet us at the Ferry and picked up our luggage. He helped us make the return trip at the end of our vacation and checked to make sure everything with our stay was up to par. (It was!) We all loved having the washer and dryer downstairs. The back patio is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The location is perfect; just a block off Commercial Street but still quiet and within a short walk to everything you need. Thanks so much Kevin for setting the stage for a wonderful week. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Incredible owners set this property apart

This was our first time renting at this property, as our usual go-to place in Provincetown wasn't available. Renting from a new place can be stressful because you don't really know what you are going to get. Kevin and Dave went above and beyond to make sure that our vacation was exceptional and that there were no issues with the house. From the start of our booking, through the end of our vacation, they were incredibly responsive, answering emails or texts with incredible speed. They went the extra step of meeting us at the ferry (and returning us there), so that we didn't have to walk to the property and back with luggage and they had some basic food provisions there so we didn't have to worry about hitting the grocery store right away. Their thoughtfulness was really impressive. The property is exactly as represented in the ad. It has a very modern feel and is very clean and new, you have all of the appliances that you need for an exceptional vacation, and air conditioning that works very well. The location is also fantastic. Right off of Bradford Street, in the Center-East side of town, there is a grocery/deli, drug store and bike rental all within a couple of blocks and Commercial Street's fantastic offerings are just a few blocks away as well. We had a truly fantastic time.

This is a Great Property

We travel more than most and have seen a good number of rental condos. We have found that they all have their pros and cons. This might be the only place we have stayed where there is nothing on the con list. The condo is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and the location is great. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is very well appointed. The outside seating area is very nice and private. The property is only one block from Commercial Street. Separated from the commotion, but right there. We took the ferry over, spent a week, and had no car. We never missed it. Everything is easily walkable. And for those of you that need to work, the WiFi works well. In many rental properties that is definitely not the case. The service level is top notch. Kevin met us at the ferry and dropped us off there when we departed. I did not expect this. The kitchen was stocked with cookies, chips, seltzer water. Again – unexpected and very nice. When my wife couldn’t find a hair dryer, I texted Kevin and he had Amazon deliver one within a few days. In a way, the only question that matters is: “Would you stay there again?”. Yes. Definitely. Without hesitation. After trying several other properties we have found our place in P-Town.
