We always appreciate hearing feedback from guests so we can constantly improve. fter your stay, we did a full check on the hot water in the kitchen and confirmed that it is fully functional. The home is stocked with plenty of silverware for groups of four or more, so we’re not sure what may have happened during your stay but will keep an eye on this going forward. It does look like the straps did get cut but this doesnt affect the hot tub at all and we have ordered a new cover as well. Being a beachfront rental, some natural wear is expected, but the home is well maintained and regularly refreshed to ensure our guests enjoy their stay. Really sorry to see this review. Especially because I reached out to you during your stay and asked how everything was, and never got a response. This is a beautiful oceanfront house on Mission Beach! It is an icon of the boardwalk in Mission Beach, and I am very sorry you did not have a good time. I will definitely speak with my cleaners about doing a deep clean though! Will ask them to clean the BBQ, the ceiling fans, and will schedule the windows to be cleaned again, which I do clean every couple months, as needed.
