The moment you step inside Cove Creek Overlook, you’re welcomed by the warmth and charm of an authentic Smoky Mountain lodge. Rich wood tones, exposed beams, and rustic décor create a cozy retreat that feels both inviting and timeless. The main level features a handcrafted king-size bed in the private bedroom, along with an ensuite bathroom offering a tub and shower combination. The living area centers around a beautiful stone fireplace with comfortable seating—perfect for unwinding after exploring the Smokies. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for meals at home, complemented by a convenient coffee bar and Keurig Duo for early mornings. Upstairs, the loft provides a classic cabin gathering space with a massive 75” 4K Smart TV, plush seating, board games, and its own full bathroom, offering added comfort and flexibility during your stay.

Cove Creek Overlook’s outdoor spaces are designed for peaceful moments and unforgettable mountain views. Two spacious covered decks overlook the rushing waters of Cove Creek and the Smoky Mountains in the distance, creating a serene setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Enjoy a soothing soak in the private hot tub under the string lights, or fire up the charcoal grill for dinner with a view. Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, with the exception of a few locked storage areas. Entry is secure and convenient through a time-based electronic lock, with a unique code provided for each stay.

Great Smoky Mountains National Park is also within quick reach for hiking, scenic drives, and wildlife viewing. Flat, fully paved roads and an easy, manageable driveway make getting to and from the cabin simple throughout your stay, ensuring a stress-free Smoky Mountain getaway.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is the most convenient way to explore the Smoky Mountains and nearby attractions. However, if you prefer to let someone else do the driving, several transportation options are available:



>Gatlinburg Trolley: Enjoy completely free transportation throughout Gatlinburg.

>Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley: Affordable fares ranging from $1.00 to $3.00 (children under 3 ride free).

>Rideshare & Local Services: Uber, Lyft, taxis, and private limo/shuttle services operate throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

After booking, you’ll receive a secure pre-arrival link to quickly confirm your details before your stay. This includes a simple identity and payment confirmation, along with choosing a standard stay protection option (either a refundable deposit or a protection waiver), similar to a hotel check-in. Once this quick step is complete, your reservation will be fully confirmed and you’ll unlock everything you need for a great stay — including property details, local recommendations, our Smoky Mountain coupon guide, and your door code (available 24 hours before check-in).

Parking, WiFi & Entertainment:

- Parking for up to 2 vehicles; no street parking, RVs, campers, fifth wheels, or goosenecks.

- Important driveway note: This cabin is perched above Cove Creek to capture beautiful creek and Smoky Mountain ridgeline views. As a result, the driveway has a steep incline. During winter months or icy conditions, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended for safe access.

- Free high-speed WiFi.

- Smart TVs throughout with personal streaming logins and complimentary live channels.



Kitchen, Laundry & Starter Supplies:

- Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, granite countertops, and a Keurig coffee maker (drip + K-Cup compatible).

- Laundry amenities including a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron for guest use.

- Fresh linens and towels are provided, including bath towels, washcloths, bath mats, and hot tub/pool towels.

- Starter supplies are provided for your arrival, including toiletries, paper products, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and coffee. For longer stays or personal preferences, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional items during their stay.



Pets, Smoking & Other Rules:

- No pets or service animals due to severe homeowner allergies (local boarding options available).

- No smoking or vaping indoors.

- No parties

- No commercial photography



Guest Requirements & Security:

Primary guest must be 25+ years of age to book. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are located at all entrances and parking areas. These are used only for security, occupancy, and no-pet policy enforcement. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas. The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.



Refunds:

Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process.
