Great cabin

We loved our weekend stay at Sunset Ridge! The location is great. We were on the strip in Pigeon Forge within 15 minutes. The cabin was perfect for my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with this stay. We enjoyed the quiet and clean atmosphere and it was perfect for a small getaway. We did have a wake up call from a woodpecker and that brought lots of laughs. It was great!

Mountain getaway

We had a great time staying in the wilderness. It was quiet , peacefully, and relaxing...just what our souls needed. The fishing was good, the steps are tough. The only thing we were missing was a campfire to sit around everything worked as it should. We will come again.

Nice and cozy

Everything was nice and clean. Just as pictured and great communication. The bed is very firm. Sofa bed could use a new foam pad for extra comfort.

Short getaway

My husband and I loved every second and would love to have stayed longer! Great place, very private, beautiful scenery, and lots of things to do in the area! The only issue was the mattress. It was uncomfortable and way overdue for replacement. This made for unrestful sleep and a sore back.

Great Vacation/Honeymoon

We came down to the area from Wisconsin to get married on Halloween. We thought renting this cabin would be perfect for our honeymoon and give us the chance to experience The Smokey Mountains. The property was beautiful and the location was great! The cabin was clean and all ready for us when we checked in. Everything was perfect! The scenery where the cabin is was breathtaking. We had all the essentials we needed and really only needed to buy food. I highly recommend renting this cabin and we will definitely be back. There were no problems and the check in and check out were very easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!?

Disappointment

I have pictures to back up what I mention. The steps down to deck are so overgrown with brush they were creepy. The front side walk lined with rose bushes over grown. The kuerig didnt work because of a descale error, which means dirty. Shower door doesnt close and sink in bathroom, the cold side feels like ots about to fall off at any moment.Recliner was broken, and lint filter hadn't been cleaned in several loads.

I take all guest input seriously, and I appreciate you pointing out these maintenance and cleanliness concerns — especially with the deck, rose bushes, coffee maker, and indoor amenities. Beautiful cabin on a lake

It was a nicely finished cabin on a lake. The road to get to it were steep and windy, but doable with just a regular car. We could even get door dash there. It was quiet and peaceful, but there seemed to be something I was allergic to in the bedroom. Every night when in bed my throat would start to close. It was rather uncomfortable. I couldn't ever figure out what it was. Also had an issue with the lock at one point. Having written instructions for the lock and tv (which we never got working) would have been nice. Not that we ever had time to want to sit and watch tv. Great location and the bed was incredibly comfortable!

We're glad that you had such a great stay overall! We're sorry there was something you were allergic to, I'll mention it to the cleaning team to see if there's anything out of the ordinary. We do have a lot of instructions in our guidebook including troubleshooting for the TV! We'll also take a look at that just to make sure it's working. Thank you for your review!

Was not happy at my stay in the cabin

It was labeled a lake house and it was not at all. We couldn’t see the lake from the house. I wanted a lake house to swim in and we had to walk down 138 steps. When we got down there the dock the sign said no jumping off the dock. That was a big disappointment. The cabin was small and dark. There wasent room to put away anything. It should have been labeled”cabin in the woods”. I feel it was misrepresented in the discretion. I was not happy!
