This is a five-bedroom beach house built for the whole crew — the big trip you've been promising the kids. You drove for the sand, not for a cramped condo. Here, everyone gets a real bed and a real door. Mornings start slow on the balcony with coffee. Days end salty and sun-tired, with the grill going on the fenced patio and a cornhole game that somehow never finishes.

LEVEL 1 — The Easy-Arrival Floor:
A king suite with its own bath sits right off the entry. Down the hall, the bunk room: four oversized bunks the little ones will love the moment they walk in, plus a full bath of its own. There's a convenient laundry area and the garage where your golf cart — and the beach chairs, toys, cooler — live. Out back, a fenced patio with a propane grill: safe for kids, easy for dinner.

LEVEL 2 — Where Everyone Lands:
The heart of the house is an open kitchen with quartz counters and custom cabinets, spilling into a living room with two queen sleeper sofas and a large flat screen HD TV loaded with Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. A king suite with private bath sits on this floor, along with a half bath for guests and a balcony made for that first cup of coffee. Wood-plank tile and crown molding run throughout — clean, bright, no clutter.

LEVEL 3 — The Grown-ups' Retreat:
Two more king suites, each with its own private bath, tucked up top for the quiet you'll want once the kids finally crash. A second laundry closet sits at the to of the stairs.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY USE:
The golf cart that shuttles everyone to the beach, shops, and restaurants; a heated community pool (heated in the cold months, so cooler-month swims are still on); five beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and a cooler already waiting in the garage; fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace for the one email you can't ignore; central AC for the summer heat; and self check-in by keypad so you can roll in on your own clock after a long drive.

Close to the water, close to everything. A short walk or golf-cart ride drops you at Miramar's public beach near Pompano Joe's and its emerald water. Golfers have Seascape and The Links Golf Club just minutes away. Destin's fishing charters, outlet shopping, and restaurants are a quick drive — go find the fun, then come home to your quiet street.

HOUSE RULES & GOOD-TO-KNOWS
- Capacity: Sleeps 14 maximum

- Check-in / checkout: Check-in 4 PM, checkout 10 AM (Central), strictly enforced so our team can prep for the next guests. Late checkout incurs a $300 fee.

- Golf cart: One complimentary golf cart included. Drivers must be 25+ with a valid driver's license.

- Parking: Driveway fits up to 3 standard vehicles. No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles.

- Pool: Shared community pool, available year-round (open specific hours), heated November–March.

- Pets: Pet Friendly w/ an extra fee. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

- Smoking: Smoke-free property, indoors and out.

- Who We Host: Families, couples, and responsible groups are welcome.

- We Do Not Host: spring-break college groups. Underage drinking and partying are not permitted — violations end the stay without a refund.

- Supplies: We provide a starter set of essentials (paper products, toiletries) and fresh, high-quality linens and towels laundered between every stay. Restock consumables as needed for longer stays.
