Moderne und geräumige 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen von South Padre Island. Diese zweite Geschichte Einheit ist nur einen Block vom Strand entfernt und verfügt über Granit, Edelstahl Küchengeräte, zentrale Klimaanlage, Deckenventilatoren in jedem Zimmer, Kabel-TV, WLAN und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner Kombination strategisch innerhalb der Einheit. Die Wohnung Komplex hat einen fantastischen und erfrischenden Pool. Es hat auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz für bis zu zwei Fahrzeuge (eines der Fahrzeuge unter einem Carpot sein wird). Von diesem Standort aus Sie an den Strand oder auf South Padre Island, der Hauptstraße gehen, Padre Boulevard, waren viele ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Orte ganz in der Nähe sind. Das Gerät verfügt auch über Keyless Schlösser, so dass Sie sich keine Sorgen zu machen um einen Schlüssel trägt. Genießen Sie den Tag am Strand oder im Schwimmbad, und die Nachmittage Erfrischungen an der vorderen Balkon genießen, die Aufsicht über die Straße. Christmas vacation

Our family had a great time. The house was clean nice and spacious and just a short walk to the beach. The only thing I was disappointed with is that the pool was not heated but we still had a great time. We will be back.

Short walk to the beach

This condo was very nice place to stay. It was described accurately and we loved that it was a short walk to the beach. It comfortably accommodated 2 families totaling 8 guests. The pool was a great amenity that we utilized during the evenings. We would definitely stay again in the future.

I Love the place, The owner was very Professional, only down fault I had was not enough Towels for 8 ppl bath towels and not enough Trash bags for the kitchen I had to go buy some, I Loved the place was disappointed on the water fall not working in front of the building but that was not an issue at all, seems they are remodeling some condo’s seen inside of another guest Rental and was upset theirs was beautiful inside, then ours But definitely would Recommend this place 1000 times to people Could have softer beds like the guest bed was though, overall It could’ve been better but was worth it since it was my Birthday and my Granddaughter birthday, rating 85 due to what I paid😊👌

Thank you for the raving review, although I am disappointed we were scored only 3 stars, when you are highly recommending my property. Also, for the benefit of future guests, when there is an issue, I prefer to be called and given an opportunity to solve the issue while you are at the property and not to find out there was an issue in the later review, as in this case. We provide 12 Bath towels and there is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent in the unit. Also, as mentioned in the listing, each reservation gets a starter kit which includes, among other items, a few trash bags. The front fountains are currently being addressed by the HOA, because the splashing they produce keep the nearby vehicles wet and the surrounding wet area is a slippery hazard. The HOA is about to decide if they will be put back in service or removed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. . The only down side was the pool was cloudy and not clean.

Best Get Away Ever, with all the comforts of home.

WOW!!! This rental was more than worth it. The pictures do not do it justice. We had an amazing four day get away with two other couples. We had more than enough room. The beds were amazing, got some of the best sleep ever, even though there is so much to do on SPI and the surrounding areas, you want to be awake the whole time. Living and dining area were very spacious, but still had a warm family feeling. Swimming pool was warm. Clean and relaxing. Short walk to the Beach and restaurants. Only time we had to drive was to go to the public access beach and the short drive to Mexico, where we did more shopping and eating. Everything is so close, shopping, grocery store, restaurants and night clubs. Roberto Comisarenco, the owner, was in contact with us throughout the whole process. No second guessing what was next on our vacation. Sent us his cell phone number just in case we had any questions or concerns. Quickest security deposit refund since we have been using VRBO. We will rent this property again. AWESOME, AMAZING and FUN!!!!!!

We came down here for my wedding and it was perfect !!! The house was clean. It had everything we needed . The owner (Roberto) was so amazing. I will always deal with him before anyone else. Me and my family already have tickets for this summer and I will be calling him first thing when I get home. Words really can't explain how amazing the house and Roberto really was. Wonderful home close to the beach and many other recreational places

My wife and I and our 4 boys stayed in this home for 3 nights. The house looked better than what yiu see on the pictures. The house is close to the beach and many more fun places. The master bedroom is spacious and well decorated and the other two rooms looked beautiful too. We really enjoyed our time there. We never had to call the owner because there was nothing wrong. The only thing the owner might need to consider is changing the master bedroom bed and mattress. I am not saying that they are bad, but for a vacation a very comfortable bed and matress makes a big difference. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. It was so peaceful too, which meant a lot to us. I would book it again If I come back to SPI.

Very nice.

This was a very comfortable condo for six people. The bedrooms are all comfortable and spacious. The living space is well appointed and decorated nicely. The host is accessible and responsive. The beach is an easy walk away. All in all, a great rental for 6-8 people.

Clean, roomy and comfortable

We were a party of 8 adults! We loved the condo. It was roomy, we were able to spread out without feeling as if we were on top of each other. We cooked one meal each day, the only request I would have for a return visit was to invest in better pans. Otherwise the condo was perfect. We were within walking distance from the beach and restaurants. We're looking forward to our next trip here.

Awesome Place!!

This place was perfect for my group of 8 people! We came down for Spring Break and loved every second. Roberto was a great host and was there to help whenever we needed him. It was very spacious and slept 8 comfortably. It had a smaller but nice deck that overlooked the main highway and had a pool in the back! It was a very short walk to the beach (5 min) and restaurants and bars. Overall I was very pleased with the property and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice and inexpensive place to stay on South Padre Island!

It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as PadreRitaGrill and Blackbeards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin
